I'm reading Dr. Joe Dispenza's book Becoming Supernatural. (Amazing book btw) In it, he talks about heart-brain coherence, and he also talks about HRV. I have been struggling to get a good HRV for about a year now. I have been in a real state of lack, having health issues, relationship issues, etc. My diet isn't great and I'm overweight, but I still exercise. I decided to start meditating and walking more, and really focusing on my energy and my beliefs, etc. Let me just say that I meditated to this track for 1 hour on Saturday night, and 20 minutes last (Sunday) night. On Saturday, my HRV (as per my Fitbit) jumped from my average of 24, to 34!! And I checked my HRV today...and last night it got to an all time high of 51!!!!!! I am stunned and so so so happy! I will be meditating to this track every single day from now on!! Thank you so much!!!! Great things are ahead for me, and I'm sending blessings to the creator of this track as well!!!!! ❤❤❤

I could “ wax poetic “ at great length about this audio, however I’ll get straight to the point. I’m not of the opinion that every person is tuned to the same universal wavelength. I do believe that there is a fundamental difference at our most inner core. That deep place in ourselves ( perhaps our soul) is where we need healing and rest. I feel like this is the most most most important frequency to manifest anything in life. Before using this when I use any manifestation techniques like visualization, scripting etc it never felt real. It was so difficult to Let go. Actually. Yes. Your heart is the only instrument you need to manifest. It needs to feed the brain with visualisation and not the other way around. Also, what most people got wrong it is need the feeling of loving something or having a desire for but a feeling of gratitude for all that is which is connected to you and the gratitude for having what you have to which your sharing purpose gets amplified by that you desire. If you communicate, do it from the heart and not by words nor by pictures from the mind❤

I'm not exactly sure when the heart and brain shifted or which shifted first, but I almost immediately felt at peace in a way that I have not felt in a very long time or if ever. Images of my childhood came up, like places and people and this invoked amazing emotions. I fell asleep and experienced dreams of empowerment, strength and joy for myself and those around me. Interestingly, while listening to this using earbuds my body's temperature regulation improved. No cold feet or hands, it is as if everything changed and I was no longer 70 years old and struggling to find some warm sheepskin boots that would keep my feet warm. I do not feel as fragile, my toes and fingers feel warm and fine, though the music feels as if I were laying on a warm subtlely vibrating bed (I am laying down). The music is completely boring, not engaging my mind but seems to be engaging my nervous system in a very subtle way, nudging it into better functioning. This is definitely interestingly effective enough that I think I will try using it daily to see if the music's effect can be sustained after the music is off and my hands and feet stay warm. It would be great if an hour or two of daily listening would result in no more cold hands and feet!😃 Thank you so much for such an interesting collection of musical compositions that have such therapeutic effects. I fell asleep to this, and I had a very vivid dream about my housemate and former ex. It was pretty traumatic and had to do with his lack of empathy. The message I got was "this person is no good for you, and you're not good for him". I'm trying to manifest out of these living circumstances with him. Then I woke up having a coughing fit like crazy. I've had a mild cold, but it was like I coughed up metaphorical demons out of my lungs. I used to vape, and it was like my lungs had been cleared. I was also having a mild headache, neck pain, but upon awakening, I coughed everything out and I felt so much better. I truly believe this sound is healing to the mind and body. Amazing! First, I made the mistake of tuning to another channels binaural beats (not doing that again, lol)… Couldn’t fall asleep for an hour, and had AWFUL thoughts during that time… My daughter got taken and eaten by an alligator! I am new to sound therapy, like a couple of years in. I started with tibetan singing bowls, which i still love. Trying to grieve my little brother that took his own life. Not a lot of effective travks ive found so far. The singing bowls are definitely helpful but not much else. I have been searching through KZbin for different types of sound therapy. This is the most amazing one i have ever come across. I personally only wish i could watch it with a spacey hypnosis tunnel, which this is really close and the animation is amazing. Maybe its because this is new to me, i think it would be most effective. Thank you so much for this beautiful video. It made me feel loved, divine, whole, and powerful again.
