I wonder wait a second?? are ukrainians fighting for ukraine or what? money?because this war is so pointless. how much does ukraine have mercenaries
@giuliobuccini2083 ай бұрын
@@maki3904money flows from Usa and EU to Kiev. With this money they can pay not only mercenaries (they were above 30.000 at the start of the war, now they are less than 12000) but also ukranian soldiers. Yes, ukranians soldiers receive a monthly salary. So going to war can be a valid option in a poor country like Ukraine. Unfortunately, after so many KIA (killed in action) nobody wants to go to war anymore, so military recruiting centers are literally hunting mens everywhere to force them to became soldiers. Also, IIRC, a refund of around 50000 dollars is promised to the family of a KIA. Nevertheless, due to the high grade of corruption in Ukraine, very few families have received that money. Military high grades simply declare that soldiers temporary "disappeared in action" or untraceable and keep the money in their pockets.

Well, it'd depend on large amounts of variables, can hypersonic missiles be shot down? If you can get an interceptor to them when they're slowing down, or if you can predict their course and send an interceptor in the same way you lead a moving target with a rifle then, sure, wy not. Would it be easy? Probably not. Might you need to use multiple interceptors at 4-5 million apiece and not produced in large numbers? Probably. Even if you hit it, the cost in aur defence missiles alone might make it a daunting prospect.

I was surprised Gerasimov (or whoever) launched the northern offensive. With modern technology there is no such thing as a 'cordon sanitaire' that could protect Belgorod from NATO missiles, so I think its main purpose is to divert Ukrainian/NATO manpower from the eastern front. But also, I believe most NATO troops already active in Ukraine are on that northern front because NATO still thinks of overthrowing Moscow, not defending Kiev. Therefore, activation of the northern front is to forestall a NATO invasion of Russia - which they have been planning long before 2022 or even 2014.

Go on and on, and on. Now turning into a 'meat grinder' for both sides. Kharkiv front is turning into a disaster. Nothing encouraging. Now russians have to dig in. NATO advisors along the front now

ESTONIA READY TO SEND ITS TROOPS TO UKRAINE, THIS IS NOT A RED LINE - country's Ambassador to Kiev Kolk says in interview above, stressing small Baltic state sacrificing its people to die in meat grinder is being discussed: It's not a red line for us. We are just hoping for common position of NATO, EU and our leaders, especially the Defense Ministry. They're discussing it and nothing is of the table for us. And we have trained Ukrainian instructors now on our soil - Kolk. Kolk also calls for lifting all red lines on striking deep into Russia with Western weapons, as she goes full clown mode like a junkie for war "Needing to defeat Russia". - Intel Republic

Sounds like a great idea. All the most war hungry military from those countries will be unalived. And will stop bothering the sane part of the population with their blood thirst. Just like what is happening in Ukraine, they are almost out of men who want to war. It is going to need to happen to NATO also before this will end.

An American M113 armored personnel carrier operated by Ukraine was destroyed again near Svatovo with an anti-armor guided missile in the 1970s. Russia tested M113 by firing 12.7 mm and 30 mm caliber bullets. The armor was completely penetrated by ammunition forming an impressive dent. - Military Tube Today

The M113 was only designed to stop small arms. What would have been interesting was to shoot it with rifles firing AP, not with shells that we know are going to go through thin aluminum.
@edthebumblingfool3 ай бұрын
the video also showed that the 30mm cannon missed with 80% of its shots. Russia would have been better to use the M113 with is far better than MTLBs and golf carts that they are currently using
@m16-a23 ай бұрын
@@edthebumblingfool I watched the video and you are coping soooo hard. The BTR-82A fired precisely 3 APDS rounds, all of which hit the M113, which would of killed anyone inside. Why should Russia use the M113. The MTLB is superior due to its lower profile and capacity… plus its not used as much as a BTR or BMP… And I haven’t seen Russians using golf carts much. They use them for rapid attacks, alongside BTR’s and Tigr MRAP’s. They aren’t frontline vehicles, pal. They use em for rapid deployment. Its called innovation, y’know. Maybe if the US used innovation they wouldn’t be 20 years behind in hypersonic missile technology…
