It seems weird The Heavy Horses only have 3000 subs on KZbin when they make such good music. Seriously guys, your songs are a testiment of the sheer talent of the group, I listen to your songs everyday, and every time I discover a new one it's even better than the last. Big fan, keep it up.

If life could be dreamed it would be this! Visual as hell and perfectly constructed to consume the soul. I love everything you have done and pray to ALL there will be more to come. Thank you for waking up my mind and adrenalize'n my soul again!

While the day's time was resting I'd ride in on nights And I'd spill all their blood Before the waking of light Finished with reaping I'd ride out again While they cry with their children And bury their men A beguiler of women, I'd settle for none I took daughters from fathers, left mothers with sons Consumed by glory and thirsting with lust In the end all those things turn to ashes or dust [Chorus] And weight in my lungs Oh, weight in my lungs [Verse 2] Men tried to struggle, women appease Children would fall down to grovel and plead Drowning in prayer and full of mistrust In the end all those things turned to ashes or dust

Hey man, i remember listening to your music in 2018-2020. I was obsessed with wild west and country music (i was only 14) yet i remember how I'd listen to your songs in my cheap white chinese wired headphones on my way to school. Thanks for the memories. I'm no longer fan of this genre, but here i am for nostalgia

I hope your music makes its way to movies and TV. You have songs that would fit so well in certain types of drama, thriller or even some action stuff. I'm surprised you were never used in Justified or Sons of Anarchy/Mayans I hope you gain more exposure cuz you're songs are eternal. Written often about topics from the 19th century yet still connecting with some many people

WTF i heard this tune 50 years ago! Working Class Hero - J. Lennon
@royferguson39093 жыл бұрын
I just found this band ( on you tube ) A lucky accident, and we can all play along to this simple tune. Arguably better lyrics than John Lennon. I going to learn those words and pretend it's my new version. Just for fun of course . I want everyone to know about this group. It's one of those occasions that has made me excited about music again. ' I a effing peasant ' etc. etc. as John Lennon said. Great stuff Had to reply to your comment, because I thought the same as you I a young man of 57, in South England. Stay safe virtual friend.
