Have one. Super reliable. The accuracy actually gets boring; from a table rest at 21 yards can put 3 to 5 rounds in almost the same hole! Downside; its a big heavy clunker to carry around, could be a bit more ergonomic and users had best have large and extra large glove size hands. Have read that special operators complained of its size and weight when worn in combat.

I am the owner of one and I love it. It IS heavy and the ergonomics are a bit weird but I’d never carry anything else. I’m not big at all so I had to adapt to the larger size of the beast. Usually carry it with 230gr JHPs

Having been a guy not only fascinated by modern firearms all my life but also the first in line for the Metal Gear games, this pistol was a MUST HAVE. I bought mine in 2012. Its antiquated, sure, but it's the workhorse in the 45 department. Chrome-lined 6.02" threaded (16×1mRH) and and two-stage recoil spring that looks like it's from a GMC dually this thing rocks. Getting an RMR slide cut where the rear sight used to be. Front sight & ramp is removed too. Lefty- so that right side safety bites into my thumb knuckle a bit on high grip. Be good.

I bought one a couple of months BEFORE this video was made. The only thing I don't like about it is the rear sight. I wish I could adjust it to the Left/Right. Some ammo goes left, others go right. Elevation is Dead On. 👍

Also has chrome lined barrel, and it can fire .450smc rounds out the box, and most importantly, it surpassed Metal Gear.
