Bhaiya jabse meri classes shuru hui, tab se mai khub padhai kar rahi thi. Pehla test mein mere almost full marks aaye. I was sleeping 5 hours daily with swimming and driving 5 days a week. Now since the past two days, my head is bursting and I can't give that same energy like I had given in the last 3 weeks. I don't know why this is happening.

Aakash provides an assertion reason book also for all subject u can get that but pw modules are also good and please take a review of both and stick to one book only

@@Ayush-wd1gc well physics was my strongest subject and i got 176 in phy (radioactivity wala delete tha isiliye nahi padha tha🥲) . Now for my strategy in physics, I used to attend my tution classes and i had my concepts crystal clear there, sometimes I used to watch yt one shot for help, other than that i solved only pyqs because I didn't have time for anything else, I gave a lot of tests, a lot of them and sometimes I solved my tution modules, a bonus tip : read ncert of physics because recently many theoritical questions are coming directly from ncert. My advice would be to just read ncert once and mark the imp statement or fact or anything you think that could become a theoritical question, aap zyada bhi time nahi de sakte phy ncert ko cause ncert chem aur bio ki thoroughly padhni hai aur phy ke concepts grasp karo fir agar perfection chahiye to ncert. Baaki all the best for your journey and feel free to ask any more question.

You can !! If you are studying for 13-14 hrs including your classes you have 10hrs in your hand take 6-7 hrs of sleep Max and minimum. 3-4 hrs in your hand food traveling etc etc your stuff and in remaining time you can have fun go Gym or enjoy your hobby! Don't be soo stiff with your studies!! Your health matters!
