Thanks for clarifying that there had to be one color that was the same in all the blocks (for you it was white)! I kept doing this method and it would never work out correctly

Is there an easier method that doesn't require memorizing long string algorithms?

@fuknames2123 You CAN do it easily, but to do it efficiently all of the time, you have to be very advanced.

Why would somebody go with the harder method rather than the easier method?
@mikkelsvartveit
@mikkelsvartveit 9 жыл бұрын

@mikkelsvartveit
@mikkelsvartveit 9 жыл бұрын
^no, FMC has it's own methods, you don't use a speedsolving method for that
@SF-ve3rc
@SF-ve3rc 9 жыл бұрын
+Mikkel Svartveit Not necessarily. But either way using a harder method (more efficient) is generally for FMC. Also you can use any method you want, as long as you are within the 80 move limit.
@mikkelsvartveit
@mikkelsvartveit 9 жыл бұрын
Lolno, more efficient methods are used for speedsolving too. It should be obvious that more efficient methods give you faster times

And other methods are easier for different people. Like zz is easier for people who like to orient the edges first, or just want to have the opportunity to do zbll, coll, cll, or just 2 look oll

You just know that you'll screw up an edge insertion when you have to orient the separate edge with an F. This is why I just stick to ZZ.
