I do find it hilarious when Wolverine asks about the soldiers he's all "i have NO IDEA who they are." One DOES know that wolverin'e senses have typically been considered sharp enough to serve as a lie detector, right? then again, he was fighting off the tranquilizers AND being surprised with the whole Hellverine thing.

Daken is such a bad a$$ character. He took out Punisher. So glad he’s back and love he’s gonna bond with this Hellverine (spirit of vengeance). I’m glad I got these books. Great cover art on a lot of them too. Just got Incredible Hulk #340 signed and this makes me love this purchase that much more. Iconic character in the making right here.

Yeah I noticed that but I think it may just be his hellverine form, remember it said it created a twin effect.

It isn't just his claws. His entire body changes to match Logan's when he's possessed. His tattoo and face only changed back to normal during the fight when the hellfire was being burned away. I predict that part of it is going to be that Daken is essentially subverting his own ego and surrendering to the expectation everyone has always had of him, that he's just a copy of Logan
