Clarification: For the "100111010" (6:14) achievement, you have to click "ok" in the error boxes three times, however, those three times can be done over multiple runs of the fail. I don't think it matters if you click unique error boxes, or the same one on multiple runs of the fail, I suspect it doesn't matter. Thanks to users "Leona the Cat" and "Ayano Akemi" for bringing my incorrect instructions to my attention.

If the thing the guard drops doesn't appear, then the only thing I can think to do is reset the save data for "Infiltrating the Airship". Go into "C:\Users\"Username"\AppData\Roaming\com.innersloth.henry.HenryFlash\Local Store" and delete the file called "ita.sav", that should reset the save data for "Infiltrating the Airship", then you can try again. I don't think deleting that save file affects achievement progress, so you should be fine in that regard, though you may want to create a copy of that file just to be safe. Also, I think it helps to do the various steps by starting at least one choice before the steps.
