Even though mudusa didn't have a crown their could be some miss information about her when I was in school the only part of Medusa I ever heard was that she was a villain However the missing part was that before Medusa became Medusa and she was still human human she got raped in Athens sanctuary by Zeus offspring if i recall because I don't think it was Zeus it happened because she when she was still human didn't want to have sex with that male and when she defended herself he chased after her than raped her in Athens sanctuary than Athena mistakenly blamed her insttof the true culprit which lead to Medusa than Medusa not knowing how to control her powers yet led to the innocent ones who turned to stone having turned to stone therefore leading to what lead to her sad demise in the end
