its made so you dont ignore its minions. they deal like 500 k each to the boss. you get 4 of them summoned at once. thats 2 mln dmg already, he takes extra damage when his summons are killed, if he summons them again thats 4 mln dmg... you can easly 5 cycle that thing but 0 cycle is a challenge. and thats how it should be

First is already in genshin, now it's here the relics customisation, you get to create a relic with 1-2 sub stats of your choice, so choosing spd for every sub stats is piece of cake. Then +15 all in def? 2nd new mechanic exclusively to hsr, reroll relics, you can now reupgrade failed +15 bad relics into god tier ones by rerolling that same spd piece again until you get +2 +3 time into spd

Anyway just do event normally and you will get them, ofc it is not gonna enough for a set, but you can accumulate, choose your most favorite and viable in the meta character to use it on, like clara been consistent from 1.0 till now, himeko, firefly or invest into future character like the herta, aglea. @@lysacid moreover, you can use reroll on ANY relics, meaning already existed top tier 3 sub stats cd% cr% spd +15 pc you have from farming back then that went all in hp% can also be reroll, you can reroll ANY relics, including ones you already have from farming months ago, and reroll DO NOT consume remodelling resin, watch the live stream 2.7, the upgrade reroll again for reference. So why even need remodelling resin, the new reroll token will be through events and some other sources...just like we have always been getitng remodelling resin. The amount will definitely be low, maybe enough for just reroll 2, 3 every month, but it's better than NOTHING, and that means you have a chance to get a 161 spd character in around 2-3 months, rather than a whole year of farming just for bad luck

You see that white elite unit with the sword? He gets 5 stacks of "War Armor" which decreases dmg dealt to him at the start of the round. He loses one stack every time he is attacked and when he has 0 stacks, he'll get delayed and be dealt with a fixed amount of Imaginary damage. You can barely see the dmg amount if you slow down the video or pause it at the right moment. So the 190+ dmg that was dealt to him was from that and the rest of the 200k was from Pela's own damage.

Here it's 4 cost. 1 for Herta herself. 2 for her eidolons. And another cost for her LC. 5* standards tend to be considered 0 cost until they hit E1S1 although that varies.

The Herta’s teams are also significantly incomplete compared to Aglea, meaning she’ll only get better. While Aglea’s teams are basically complete already. There will be a much better remembrance dps coming after Aglea, so you should either pull The Herta, or skip both.

it depends on the Eidolons. On E0 you need a sub-dps who can inflict less stack but more dmg. While E2 herta is a selfish dps, wants more stack, can spam enhanced attack.

@@wasee1178 in laymen's term, The Herta's talent inflicts stack on enemy when ever they are directly hit by any member. Every hit also gives herta energy. Her stacks cap at 42 and each stack increases Enhanced Skill and Ultimate damage. When she uses her Ultimate, she gains a charge (max: 2) that advances your action and allows The Herta to unlock her Enhanced Skill. Enhanced Skill resets stack to 0.

Actually RMC is enough! Herta provides her own buff, you just need to stack it to oblivion. RMC further increases dmg based on the original dmg. So if herta dealt 460k raw. RMC will buff it to 700k+
