True damage is just a final multipler at the end of the damage equation that doesn't use any buffs and isn't affected by other things like CRT and such Think of it as just a 🍒 on the top of a dessert. It's nice but it's not the main dish. Just a small extra

is good but has the SP problem. mini herta also has the sp problem but big herta can proc her follow up for her. Jade is best because she doesn't consume SP and make the biggest number of attacks with lingsha on the team.
