Necromancer's ability sends dead people into living players. You cannot send a dead person to another dead person so retri cannot revive someone. And even if they did, either they revive a town and help them, or the revived wastes a singular day of voting. Plus a late game revive of an evil would be too powerful. You can use people who have abilities like protecting or killing, or people like consort to roleblock a player for a night. That's pretty much it. TI can't give results to you so that doesn't work.
