Very Cool Video M&D. Several things struck me: 1) The new transition cuts to each category is awesome. Great editing; 2) The town was very nicely presented. I didn't see anything Broke or was that 'Baroque'?..lol...and 3) Matt is no longer a Californian because he was 'talkin' about 'walkin'. Thats Texas language Y'all. That town seems like the best of all worlds. If that is a primary consideration, remember we are all gettin older. Y'all are younger than me, but make sure you have good healthcare nearby and easy access to markets, etc. There are days you will wake up hurt, simply by sleeping..lol. So a good pharmacy and Doc nearby is important for retirement. Loved it All. Have a Very Happy New Year. My best Always.❤️🙏

Lol. My wife caught that too and thought I said broke. I didn't hear that till I went back and listened to it. Yes, my brother's even said that I have an accent but, I've been out here in Texas since 2008, plus my parents are from Texas and Arkansas. I do change up some words. Lol.

Love the temperatures !! It sounds just right for me. I would like to know or see more about the surrounding mountain areas near the town. Do you have any specific drive-through videos that can show some footage? I don’t really want to be too close to a a large populated area on the outskirts would be better for me. We will be going back to Italy next year and will be going to all of these places so that we can get some footage. ☺️ I love to find walk through videos, since I can’t be there right now. Those are my favorites! All of Abruzzo is beautiful and we’ve just only scratched the surface. We’ll definitely be making more videos on it.

Beautiful town! Unfortunately at 40,000 population, it doesn't qualify for the flat 7% tax for expat retirees! My wife and I are also considering a move to Italy but need to keep taxes in mind since we're living on Social Security and have low taxes here in the USA.

We understand completely! We have a lot of videos on 7% tax towns and will definitely be showing more. We’re able to have a ‘little’ more flexibility as the biggest portion of Matt’s passive income won’t be taxed in Italy, but we will be back in a smaller town soon!
