This was the second car I got after the starter E30 and it definitely shifts. The turning, however, just isn't there since it can't carry that speed through the corners nor take them well. This was after spending hours with tweaking parts and testing and just settling on what felt best to me. Tried J.Storm 7-10 times since seeing your vid here and couldn't get faster than 3:15:29. Have beaten a lot of people online with it though! Beastly car; design, name an everything. But, keep up the great content bro. You're a great source to stay positive about the future content for this game

Yo Cray I'm Gxrd EV on Xbox. In my 3:05 run in the RSR, there's so many more corners that you don't need to break at all on J Storm. 99% of my runs are around the 3:15 - 3:20 mark, not the best driver but the cars I usually use are the NSX 92 and the M3 EVO. A perfect run in the Boss and you could definitely push a 3:10.

@CrayG. Don’t know if you’ve played with another setting yet, but in your settings, you can adjust your “dead zone” sensitivity too!! It allows you to have a SUPER sensitive joystick, if you set it to 0%. Then play with if from there till you find something comfortable. 👍

Honestly the more I fix up cars outside the OP drift, race or offroad cars. They all kinda even out in a sense. Just depends on driver. I have only like 10 cars but I don't feel much of a difference...in a good way. You can just pick the one you think looks good and play!

Thanks for listening to my suggestion about the BOSS, I personally use Muscles for cop chases. I'll say give the Firebird a shot, with the Forged 3.8 V6, it's not half bad, but still not competitive. Also don't know if you tried it but Honda S2000 with 4.0 V8, that's a little Demon.

Try Race tires, they'll help you loosen the grip a bit on the tires, also Pro Race suspension helps, only things is when this beast gets a good turn in, it tends to power over kicking the back end out a bit hard at high speeds, you'll have to play with the down force a but but you can pull good times with the Old Boss!

Arg, you should have put the 'shaker' scoop on it! I have a mostly stock exterior wise Boss Mustang in game, all the good stuff is inside. Pretty quick, Sonic in about 3 min 2 sec without nitro

Out of personal experience for me, the best muscle car to actually race with is the charger. I run it with speed cross suspension, on road tires, and track differential. It handles like butter in corners, and the weight transfer feels great to me.

Nice video. My first car I built was a 66' stang and we have an original boss 302 mustang in the family. Your right though they don't make them very viable in racing in games and some of it is true but some of it really isn't. It really strange the R35 GTR Prem and Nismo have no access to this forged 3.8L VR38 engine while cars like this Mustang Boss 302, the starter Mustang and the Q60 has access to this engine. The R35 seriously needs a big buff.

I beat supercars and hypercars with this car. Funny thing too I left it basically stock looking. Cherry red ofcourse paint be drippin. I think it's the headlights when you look back and see them you get intimidated and start messing up lol. This is my go to car.

I think there is a 7 speed, but it still does the same thing as the 6 speed, shifts to 4th, then back to 3rd (auto box) get it right and it's an animal.
