There are only 5 million people in Ireland for the same reason the Scottish highlands are now so empty: English subjugation and genocide. Irish and Gaelic Scots descendents thrived in North America, Australia, and New Zealand, where the English couldn't squash them.

Exactly there are much more Irish outside of Ireland than in Ireland now and many of the people in Ireland now are not even Irish ancestry but English instead.

Are you from that area? My Grandpa (mom's side) is from Galway. The O'Donnellans of Ballydonnellan. I really want to step on that land someday, just to feel the place that nurtured the people who produced my hero in life, my wonderful Grandpa who is no longer with us. ❤❤❤

@@MyHealingShelf I’m not from that area but it is the most beautiful part of the country. If you ever get to visit, and I really hope you do, forget Dublin and travel the “wild Atlantic way”. It’s basically a scenic road that goes from north to south (passing through Galway) on the west coast with picture perfect views and historical sites around each turn . It’s Irelands answer to the US 101 highway. There is an undeniable feeling of peace and magick when landing in Ireland, especially Shannen airport. It’s difficult to describe but you will feel it.

Was gonna say the same thing. We Americans aren’t or the correct pronunciations on the isle. Although I went there for my honeymoon for a week. Was the best week of my life. Going back to where my ancestors are from was an amazing experience. The people, the land, the out right beauty of Ireland is truly breathtaking. A wonderful experience in my opinion. Met people I still talk to, to this day. I can’t wait to go back. I didn’t see everything I wanted to. There’s too much for just one week. I’ll be back home one day. Being an Irish Texan, twice the pride!

I kept laying back to bed and reversing this video past spots I missed when applying dog ointments or tending to crashing glass from poor Rocco’s attempt to turn widebirth around an end table and lamp set… it was almost like being in the Gæl on Brendan’s ship at my house last night.. long story shorter.. Asian Indian here. Living in the USA. I'm Hindu but went to Catholic Schools all my life. I stumbled upon Tartaria back in 2006 when I was looking for why Jesus was depicted making mudras with his hands. Ever since then, I see things that cannot be explained by current History. All the old world buildings on the East coast are filled with symbology that can only be explained with Vedic/Hindu stories. I believe Tartaria in America at its prime was made up of 4 major races (Irish, Indian, a Black race and a Mongolian race). History hides this by showing us only the Mongoloid looking tribes. But if you look deeper, you will find, Indian and Black looking tribes. Not to mention alot of the free black slaves during that time, were ones who knew how to farm, which the colonists didn't know how to. Considering the African tribes don't farm, it's very interesting how these black slaves knew more about the land of America. Druid in Sanskrit means, one with the knowledge of the tree. The ancient Irish believed that humans were upside down trees. Our roots extending from our brain into the world, our fruits, our children. Many places in America, have names that seem to have a Sanskrit origin. Like Nova Scotia being Nava Kotta (New land), or Dameriscotia, ME. Dameris means little women, but if you take out the Roman 'is' at the end it becomes Damer Kotta. Damer is an ayurvedic plant called Oldman Woodworm. And well, that part of Maine is filled with Oldman Woodworm. I don't think Columbus was an idiot, when he set out looking for Indians. He found the Indians, just mixed between 3 other races, creating the present day Native Americans (whatever is left of them). I believe India was dismantled after they learned how to dismantle the Irish in America and Ireland. They color coded our flags to be the same too.

@@oldworldflorida The world was done a great disservice by destroying the Ancient Irish and Indian cultures. There is so much similarity between our cultures. We are the only cultures that tie a knot for marriage. In South India, marriage is done by tying a necklace around the brides neck with 3 knots. In North India, the bride's veil and the groom's sash are tied together with 1 knot and they hold hands and walk around fire 7 times. Knots are a major part of both our cultures. You can find complicated knots in various Indian temples (Praveen Mohan has a cool video on this kzbin.info/www/bejne/eaSkiYeaaK6ihLc) Plus, if you look at Tartarian architecture. It seems there were 2 elements incorporated into Tartarian buildings. Shaivism (Shiva), darkness (not the demon or evil kind, just pure darkness like space) worship and Vaishnavism (Vishnu), worship of light. The cone/four sided pyramidal tops of buildings represent light. It represents light emanating down from a single point, and different sides, represent the color spectrum. And the arch shaped doors and windows representing Shiva. Light reflecting through the arch will cast a lingam or lia fail (representing the pillar of fire that Shiva comes out of.) Further, the Greek columns represent the Samudra Manthan (churning of the Celestial Ocean to create immortality) story from Hinduism. If you look at old Indian temple carvings you will find the depiction of the Samudra Manthan, where a column is being churned and eventually shows a goddess coming out from the top, representing the immortal elixir (First came, poison, which Shiva drinks and holds in his neck. Then came the immortal elixir.) This by history is said to be designed by Calimachus, who choose Acanthus leaves to represent immortality coming out of the pillar. The story goes he saw an acanthus plant growing from under a tomb stone and thought that the plant was a great representation of immortality. But they never tell you why he wanted to depict immortality as coming out of a column. The Ancient Greeks and Irish were Vishnavis (Worshipers of Light) and the Ancient Indian, Asians and Black races were originally Shaivites (Worshippers of Darkness.) Tartarians incorporated both and most likely prayed to Narayana, the aspect of God that is both darkness and light, the divine interaction that gave birth to this creation. And since Pagans approached science with God in mind, they clearly understood the minute interactions of the world in a very spiritual manner. Allowing them to quite literally connect with nature (Free energy, ethereal energy, etc.)

Quite a few years ago I read a report that said that during a Dendrite survey of timber from old houses showed that the Timber came from the Americas & the dates were from about 800 to 11000. In investigating the records of ships trading with England & Wales they found a large discrepancy in Ships Logs.. Voyages that should have taken days were taking months. The Cargos were Furs & Timber. Apparently, the ships were traveling to the Americas but it was a closely guarded secret.

Here's another interesting possible connection: The Taklamakan desert mummies, who had red hair, made wool felt for hats, wove wool plaid for clothes and knew how to dye the wool into beautiful colors. They were Europeans in China on what was later called the silk road. But at that time what is now desert had waterways, rivers and lakes. The people were buried in boat shaped caskets with oars to mark the grave. But the names of places around there! Loulan has always sounded Irish to me, and it was a city. There has been a lot of covering up by China and that makes it more difficult now, but at one time there was a chance to know about these people.

This is all BS used to make white supremacists feel like the authentic unique true thing while erasing real native American peoples; stealing their histories and cultures. This ain’t no different then the controversy around the Jada Pinkett-Smith Netflix Cleopatra series, where you even had a snippet of Dr. Haley claiming their grandparents knew her *true* ethnicity/colouring and that the history books are lies. Rule of thumb, allow people to have their things and you get to be allowed to have your things. You’re allowed to be proud of the fact that you’re Irish, but you gotta be able to be happy that other people are different then you and have their own pride in their cultures. Because of all this culture vulture attitude, it causes irreparable damage between two cultural worlds forever.

You can find videos on youtube of native American elders telling tales about "little people", how they are cunning and deceitful, and how you should never, ever, ever make a bargain with them... They also told stories about children being stolen and going to live with them in a sort of underworld, and occasionally returning to visit their families.. not far off irish folklore..

I stopped watching the video when they said "Richard Thorton" so I don't know if anybody said anything about this but I'm gonna take your word for it and congratulate you because you may be the only person here that has contributed anything that's even remotely correct lol. Not gonna say it's impossible that the Celts ever came to the Americas but I will say that it's unlikely, and if it did happen it was in small numbers and they certainly didn't make up the core of MOST native American tribes as these videos seem to keep telling us. The reason why we share mythological stories and a multitude of other cultural traits is because we absolutely are related to Europeans through a group of people known as Ancient North Eurasians. ANE peoples have been in the Americas for 20,000+ years. groups who were partially descended from ANE people began pushing into Europe from central asia roughly about 4,500-6,000 years ago. This is why we share similarities with old groups of indo-europeans like Celts. and I find it both annoying and hilarious that every other day some "researcher" has a new video claiming we're (jesus, just insert a group here - they've probably claimed we're them) but they NEVER mention what I just said despite it being a WELL recorded fact.

The poncas, the Kaws, just to name a few tribes that were originally clans, among the Osage. There are still official carriers of the oral history among the Osage. It is important to know and understand the difference between the those who have earned the right to the oral history and the general history of the tribe. @@JesseP.Watson Not a thought, it's WELL recorded information. but no, ANE people's were living in Siberia 25,000 years ago. The Yamna or Yamnaya were mixed but mostly ANE. They are the earliest known ANE peoples in Europe with the exception (maybe) of some smaller groups that spread into northern Europe a bit earlier. still no earlier than 8,000 years ago at max. They were darker back then but any group carrying the R haplogroup (R1 and it's derivatives at least, R2 I'm not certain about) are descended from ANE peoples. Native Americans have the highest levels of these genes on earth. Europeans, the second highest. far lower than natives but still quite a bit. The reason it's testing as European DNA in natives is because historically this DNA has always been treated as admixture due to it being considered western eurasian as opposed to eastern eurasian like the other two groups who entered the Americas more recently.

I ran across the history of the Duhare while hiking the backcountry of South Carolina. They were fair skinned, red haired, often blue eyed and generally a foot taller than the indigenous Creek. This was to be confirmed in the records of the first Spanish Conquistadors. While traveling in Galway I came across the unveiling of a statue of Columbus, donated by the City of Genoa. Seems he had a deep interest in the voyages of Brendan. In any case a local Galway apprentice, Will Harris, signed on with Columbus in 1477. Later the Spanish Navy would record the Navigator of the Santa Maria as Guillermo Herries, a Portuguese convention for Will Harris. Who’d have believed these two travel stories would be related.

It seems suspiciously odd to me that no one noticed that the examples of ogham in Ireland were written on pillars that were erected, without stopping to think it may have happened after the text had been put there. Since these stones had meaning, as almost all have personal names and likely indicate land ownership, it seems quite likely that they would carve the intended message before they erected said monument. We often do the same today.

Had me hooked from the beginning. I’m an anthropologist and have a good understanding on social anthropology. This whole Welsh/Irish/Scottish connection most certainly is real and exists. The problem is the physical evidence is there but natives have prevented DNA testing and scans. But based on the fact there are strands of orangish red hair on things like tools or weapons, and being Apache myself, I can tell you we do not under any circumstance possess red hair. Nor do we have much body hair, and never do we have colorful eyes. I imagine how mystifying yet terrifying to see a much larger man than your tallest tribe…and then top it off with glistening blonde or scarlet hair like fire and gold, with even more beautifully piercing eyes (many natives described these Celts in America as men of lightening which just means they were known for their eyes as bright as lightning)

It's really known as Weedon Island Weedon is the name of the physician who was given the island as a wedding gift in 1898. Except for a small lot used for vacations, he sold the land to a developer in 1923. Weedon was excavated by Smithsonian Institute archaeologist J. Walter Fewkes in 1923 and 1924, who was the first to identify the Weeden Island Culture, defined by sacred and secular ceramics. He misspelled the name so the culture is officially Weeden but the island itself is still Weedon. They removed over 400 skeletons from many mounds and other artifacts and they are supposedly still at the Smithsonian today. I just remembered I think it was in 2011 they dug up a 40 foot canoe!! Giant Canoe huh!!??!

They had a few points on display that seemed too big to be arrowheads yet smaller than most spear points, but that and some pieces of incised pottery were about it. The display said the mounds in Gulf Breeze were being preserved for the future yet if you look on old satellite images there was clearly a large scale excavation around 2007. Also, just last year someone wrote their master's thesis on it after doing an extensive shovel test. All they found were sherds and a few ochre deposits though.

Templars were the bankers of old, the loomis trucks or armored trucks of the ancient bank world as well. Same families involved today in the banks as were the ones who invented plantation lending and the slave market with it, the same ones who were the purse behind the helmed injuns we call knights. Same ones I believe we see holding the mysterious purses of Akkadian affair. People think the injun is dead… think again. Just listening to this excellent presentation so forgive me if you mention same later in video. In 1923, one Conor MacDari wrote a book entitled Irish Wisdom in The Bible and Pyramids which substantiates further the Irish influence and how history has been rewritten to suit The Vatican agenda. Personally, I feel Ireland to have been the highground where the culture and art of what was once Atlantis was preserved. The MacDari book shows how all biblical names are actually Gaelic. This language I believe to be fair more ancient, perhaps the Atlantean language. The centre of the Irish culture was Tara Hill, from which I suspect is the origin of the "Tartarian Empire". I suspect that Tartaria simply refers to any lands not under control of The Vatican.

So my family tree goes like this circa 18th century the surnames “derouseaux/Derrisaw/deriso” marry “mackintosh/McIntosh/MacGillvray” whom had firstly married women of the “Wind Clan”, “broken Arrow tribe”, and one just listed as “mvskog”. Each woman in a row changed the tribe or clan name it seems each new person, but in Scotland the men and not sure about the women all came from Chattan Clans. I think I said this already but I found reason to believe that Prince of wales is at one time saying POW/prisoner ov walls And the same intuitive feeling about POWhatan if pocahontas fame. That they were helots to the cHattan clans and thusly under “POW” of the Chattan clans. I even found potential connections between Christopher Hatton friend of Elizabeth I, and the possible Native slave trade in the south east. It’s like they fool groups into sharing burdens and then once the Brit’s side of the agreement is in the bag then they break treaty and murder the ally by giving them weapons and reasons to use them… Suicide them, they do. F. Drake murders the personal assistant of Hattan for knowing to much at the behest of Elizabeth I. The powhatans send envoy the the queen so it’s not like they are random Indians in the mud. Something else was happening. Opium, it’s usage and it’s rope, must be brought to context when dealing with the Brit’s or Portuguese from 15th century through today I’m sure lol Pretty easy apparently to convince dudes to be pimps and girls to… “get on the boat” when you lure with that sweat smoke. The drawings from John smith (a Chattan surname) Show POWhatan smoking like snoop sitting above a hut full of naked ladies… From the beginning the Brit’s knew ladies and drugs will when more arguments than ever could wars without sex and drugs win. Imagine the days of settlers being here without wives and kids etc…. For years and years… the Dutch had a market for this and the Arabs still do and that might mean the same thing honestly in the good cop/bad cop strategy of the church… point is. They been controlling people that way since they built booth stacked tabernacles in the desert.

My mother had an Irish father & a west Indian mother who's father originally came from British Guyana the only British colony in south America but still considered part of the west Indies, my mother was born 1942 in England were it was common to see signs in pubs shops & rented housing No Blacks no Irish no dogs she instilled in me a belief that I should never judge a man by the colour of his skin always judge him by his actions. I'm proud of my mixed heritage.

Yep, it's true on many levels. Black and white photos don't lie. I've seen too many pictures of Native Americans from frontier days, and many of them look exactly like stereotypical British aristocrats, but dressed up in furs and feathers. No doubt about the presence of Celtic descendants in America during frontier days. And, Harold Gladwin's archeological explorations in his books "Men Out of Asia" prove that the Solutrean artifacts of Europe are identical with Stone Age artifacts of North America!

Try linking the zealand folks with Finland and even biblical Joshua story. I think maybe also Iona Greek. All the “John” related Knights and the Ogham language itself. But there was a Maōri/samoan split early on and the Ogham I believe comes from the samoan side when they were the philistines or watchers over Jerusalem (a brothel and trade hub) and I believe they were the Samaritans mothers. The Samaritans themselves being the mix of samoan mom and Anua dads. Which are the tribe of Benjamin. Said like “sons of Jōmōn. Anyways I’m not a superstitious guy but I like the fun in unraveling Jacobite wordplay.

It is entirely possible that Irish boats were blown off course and landed in North America during the Pre-Columbian period. Before European settlement, Basque fishermen were fishing off the cost of North America. The Basques kept their fishing sites secret. It is entirely possible that some of undocumented interaction occurred between Pre-Conquest America and Europe.

Here’s where these mysteries become the nature of the rattlingourd. Gourd was a mace and a vessel. So becomes “rattlinmace”. Jeremaya hid the seeds in the vessels or mac(el) lineage. Roll the rs of “hEirs” and you get “earls” and “El”. MacEirc then gives you “mace” and as well MacLare/maclery etc all giving the symbolic “mace” because (L) is said and spelled “El”. Which… is really “Errrrrrr” So as the (c) suffix here pronounced as (s) you get the word “Arse” from “Eirc” and sorta from “Errrr” as well. Does macEirc sounding like “my arse” mean what it does today like the blunt of the joke? With “Errrr” reminding me of “Errror” I must then look backward through time at similar contrasting meanings of words. Nahuatl and Lithuania. I believe two parallels and/or two sides to the empire considered by the “Phoenician” culture to be under their control. The two columns of Hercules if you will. The Rus and the Lus. The right and the left. One on one set of lands and the other on the other set of lands. So the word for Celt locks and then warlocks the hairstyle roots in the same word used by Middle French on to describe a witch or warlock etc then middle to late English had definitions ranging from “evil people to liars etc” But…. Before all that In Quechua and other related South American tongues we get a more heroic vibe to the word Nahuatl. From “Nahua” meaning Magic man or that man is magic, Or man who holds magic. Well.. “-tl” is a suffix separate from the root word “Nahua”. If Nahua was a spelling of Noah then I owe myself a buck. And with the right to left reading of (Lit)huana, separating the (-tl suffix) which in Lithuania is as a prefix.. as above so below.. You get “light” and also “left” in words like “lieutenant” (left tenant) and say “israe-lite” or maybe it’s read split in half and right to left as “El’s-lite”. Probably an early term for Greek fire/napalm and maybe explains what was in the lead box. So this early connections to pagan Rome as being the Mayan style muhhikhans or Mexicans (respectfully) from Peru (which is another mirror thing with “Urep..”) make a rather uplifting vibe for some little poor Mexican child thinking they have no history… but we are pushing the envelope so far as to make it clear very soon that, that meek little kid oppressed today, was once emperor of the known world and may very well, if Bible sh!t does come true may see themselves, the hard working Mexicans etc as being the “meek” that inherit a world that the ErrrrOghaunt have destroyed. Like you know “meekakhans” or “macekhans”. Who else could survive world shaking catastrophe better? I pick the Mexican to survive. Anyway but the part you speak of as the “pad” is a consideration in some Chattan clan mottos “touch not the cat but with a pad/glove” There are variations but the pad is of note. Anthony of Padua was my pick for whom the “pad” is in the acronym (NSDP) meaning potentially “Padsons” or the sons of Pad. I thought Ireland right away because of the simple st.Patrick vibe and the whole paddy’s day thing.. but this weeks research and your amazing work journalistically has allowed a certain doubling of this opinion now. The Chattan clan might have some “eSSplainin’ tadu”

I figured something out about how some people that far back could have been so tall. You know how the Sahara was once wetlands? It's because of the tilt of the earth changing. So that would necessarily change the gravity pull, right? And if there is slightly less gravity, people would get taller. It seems obvious, but I've never heard anyone bring it up. Also, during the megafauna era, it seems like humans might have been larger too, or at least taller. Again, I've never heard it, but it seems reasonable.

It will sound ok in Gaeilge as most people in Ireland speak or understand, as they do Gaelic in Scotland. Kate Forbes speaks Gaelic in Scottish Parliament. The English language if spoken correctly can be understood by others. The fact it is a Linear language it may soon as the English look inward to understand their identity and closed their border's to keep immigrants out, the English may soon become history. In the New EU with True Born Citizen Act they will no longer be allowed to live or travel. The Anglos who operate in linear mode, may like other species become extinct, the DNA of linear may cease to exist.

I was on a dig on a moundbuilder site in Mound Bottom, TN. We excavated some human remains and found some teeth that had r1b y-haplogroup DNA, and carbon dated to around 800-950 A.D. Out of nowhere, Choctaw hired lawyers to fly in from Oklahoma, sued to have a gag order on publishing the findings, and demanded the return of the remains so they could burn them. Because muhculture n shit. And the stone and wood henges found near moundbuilder sites are all eerily similar to the henges in western France and Britain.
