​​@@forestmanzpediaNintendont isn't entirely an emulator, and its support for HID controllers only supports one device, so if that device isn't the Gamecube controller adapter, you would be SOL. Dolphin is the emulator, lad. Nintendont is mostly a runtime forwards compatibility layer.

Most people that say Twin Snakes is bad talk about how "unrealistic" the game is. I mean, when was the Metal Gear Series realistic? I think many of the haters say bad things about this game just because it was a Nintendo exclusive. Don't believe in these opinions, just play the game for yourself and decide If you like it or not. In my opinion it's one of the best remakes of a game, just like Resident Evil for the GameCube.

I never liked how much more Christian Bale he went with his voice for mantis in twin snakes. The action cutscenes were always ridiculous too, but it was a fun game to play for its time. I still prefer the original MGS1 though. It’s also hilarious hearing him say threateningly Super Mario Sunshine I always got that you are reckless option so I guess I did not save often enough

There's a 3rd way to defeat Mantis... however it's a complete glacial slug, as you have to "hit" him 7 times and then the 8th will connect, and then you have to repeat the process over... and over... and... yeah, I think I made the point, also, the Vandal Hearts line aparently is ONLY used in the European version since it was the last to be released prior to Integral. Edit: Another way to increase how many times you had uses a Continue (AKA: Died) is to kill Baker during the Ocelot battle (this would also change his aftermath lines from the "You're pretty good" to the Dissapointment that "you couldn't live to Liquid's expectations").

I'm good at eluding traps, prudent, careless and a poor warrior (I only died when I first started the game, I was new to the twin snakes and didn't know you can use lockers and that stuff)
