Thank you very much Maharaj! I listened to this with much engrossment and delight. I have come to believe that even after several decades had passed since Srila Rupa Goswami's departure to Lord Krishna, Govindadev ji could not get enough of Srila Rupa Goswami's love. This love wouldn't have been as satisfying to Him through the envious Ramanandis and He would have actively yearned for Srila Rupa Goswami's touch to the flavour of this love. Naturally only a Rupanuga could have done full justice to Him as a reminder of Srila Rupa Goswami's love to Him. And if it needed that a formal Vedanta doctrine be codified, so be it! Sounds like genesis, "Let there be Vedanta commentary and there was the Vedanta commentary." Lack of a written Vedanta code in the sampradaya - a feat which would have been so arduous and painstaking - did not prove to be an impediment for Govindadev ji to seek a Rupanuga's pure love for Him. Also, seems like Glorifying His devotee is the only business of Sri Govindadev ji. He has uncovered the glories of Srila Baladeva Vidyabhushana to the Bhagavad Gita reader throughout world in our times.

Jai Srimannarayana! Dear Swamiji, I have to point out some mistake. Ramananda was NOT a direct disciple of Sri Ramanujacharya, as he lived roughly 300yrs after the great Acharya. And even as he adopted the Vishishatadvaita philosophy of the Sri sampradaya, records are unclear whether he was ever formally initiated into the divine fold. Therefore the Ramanandi sampradaya is not an official branch of the Sri sampradaya but considered an own lineage. Adiyen, Andre Ramanuja Dasa
