Me and my son tried this and it worked! We also found out if you switch to cockpit mode you can see the surface of the ground while you're underwater. We also found a white box at the end of the grassy area in the vid, and if you can get a camera angle inside it's actually the vehicle selection screen "room" Pretty cool glitch!

I have not tired this on PS5 yet. I think it still works. Are you going to the exact location and holding the left button on the D-Pad?

Yes. It flips me to the top of the hill, but I found if I drive off the hill I can get into the lake. Thank you
