Thanks so much for making this video cause this is something that just started happening to me out the blue, then I was able to go anywhere and communicate with other beings from other places. Seriously amazing until it wasn't, I have been having some issues being that door was someone swung open its now hard to deal with the darker beings that I encounter. There is not enough of this information out there. I think as human beings we have way more abilities than we thought. Everyone can learn how to do this, but I must say please do this with some caution and research before cause I wish I was ready for when it happen to me. I can say that we are never truly alone, we always have beings around us passing through us, guiding us. Its the most amazing beautiful thing but it can also be a dark scary thing. But I think its only a Matter of time before everyone will suddenly beable to do this. Close your eyes before you go sleep but try to see through your eyelids. Seriously every night try this exercise but only when your in a good state of mind cause what we think we literally create. Mine started out of nowhere as well. It was the most scariest, exciting, happiest, anxious… let’s just put all emotions in there at one time, and call it an experience. I didn’t know what was going on and I have nobody to talk to who understands. I know I’m not crazy (says every crazy person). 😂 I’m assuming what happened was an astral projection. I really have no clue. I understood a lot more about life when I woke up.
