I'm a supervisor in the U.S so I also get to review job applications. Sometimes we review over 50 applications for one job opening One thing I would advise everyone to do when applying for remote jobs is to look at the job description, and make sure you include to include the top five job requirements in your resume and cover letter. These days A.I sifts through applications before the get to the person who decides whether or not you meet the criteria. A.I uses key words to make that decision. The organization i work has only about 15% remote jobs and they hire mostly people in America, so I'm just giving you a heads up.

What she is saying is 100% true, I had been looking forward for flexibility and that is what remote work gives you, some companies hire even less experienced people for like $5 per hour for call center jobs etc , the market is competitive but I like how Kenyans hear of an opportunity and grab it. To anyone reading this, go ahead and try remote work even with your diploma or certificate or even high school cert, it is possible. Go on KZbin for basic skills then apply for that job. All the best.

This was so insightful. Remote work has been a game changer for me factoring in my visual impairment and being there to look after my babies. One thing I would say though is, it's a bit more challenging finding an employer who is fully inclusive and equipped to accommodate people with disabilities as this is an area that is often forgotten about in DEI. That's why heads of People need to seek out employees with lived experience of Disabilities to make sure that the work environment is truly inclusive, especially for remote work as it is the main choice for us for many reasons. Fantastic content as always 👏🏿👏🏿
@beyondthesavannah11 ай бұрын
I couldn't agree more. Yes, creating systems and accommodations for visually impaired candidates can be a heavy investment for the companies but in light of DEI and its accomplishments, it is possible. Thank you for sharing ☺❤

Hi dear is remotask same as remote task?

My take home today is this... ( I will put it in my own words), " Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might....;" Read Eccl.9:10 Because, it is your trail/ process to your Life Purpose, just like Lorraine's process to where she is now. *Can you be able to cover on "How To Open Online Stores"? On international market places for products or services especially from Africa. Like Amazon and the rest. The process and the requirements. Kindly.

I got to know what to look out for when searching for remote jobs; time zone and the red flags. Thank you so much.

Yes. .. I have worked remotely for 10 years. I was able to move to a different state in the USA while still working for the same company. I love the flexibility but for sure u have to have disciples and productivity!

This is practically amazing and I second it fully. At first it's a side hustle buh after 6 months to one year! You're your own boss. I believe in Network marketing 100001%.
