When you say that all patients should start on 20lpm of bias flow is that include extreme premature babies that are 22/23 weeks? That sounds like a lot.

HFOV taught by a medical doctor haha. He did well for a doc but I would consult a respiratory therapist, there are many inaccuracies in this video. You definitely shouldn’t use flow to control your MAP that’s not how this device works. No patients needs to start at 20 lpm that’s just what the side of the machine says for the pre-use check. I will gladly teach or help anyone that needs it. For free.
