The Higher Self Spiritual Heart Meditation Creates the Schumann Resonance in the Brain

In 2021, I had my brain measured by one of the world's top neuroscientists, Dr Jay Gunkelman. The study showed that my brain is specifically vibrating at the Schumann Resonance frequency, whether I was awake in a conversation, meditating or channeling. The Schumann Resonance frequency is 7.83 Hz, which is in the Theta brainwave range. Dr. Jay Gunkelman has studied more brains and reviewed more EEG and QEEG brain scans than any other scientist - studying over 500,000 brains since 1972. Dr Gunkelman had never before had he seen someone's brain always vibrating at the Schumann Resonance frequency when awake or meditating.
This 2021 study inspired the questions for this Higher Self channeling that took place in November 2022. One of my Higher Self students asked me to channel on the following questions:
1. How does meditating on the Spiritual Heart and the space of awareness change the brainwaves?
2. How does the Schumann Resonance as the dominant brainwave state affect the health of the physical body?
3. How does listening to brainwave technology and affirmations support our spiritual growth?

There shouldn't be any problems with the audio quality. The recording was flawless. I use a professional quality studio microphone, sound isolation wrapped around the microphone to stop any echo, a studio quality audio interface and professional software. If you are having problems with the audio, then it may be that the quality of your stream from KZbin is low or broken.

While I understand that mic quality can be important for some, I believe that the information and understanding shared are what truly matter. When I’m engaged in something meaningful, the excitement and wonder of the content often outweigh technical aspects like sound quality. Personally, I didn’t find any issues with his mic in this case.
