いつも楽しく拝見しています。そんな中、前から気づいていたのですが、寝るときの羽毛布団と毛布の組み合わせを逆にしていませんか？　羽毛布団が暖かいのは体温を羽毛の隙間に蓄えるからなので、体と羽毛布団の間に毛布があると体温の放射が遮られます。ですので、羽毛布団の上に毛布をかけることで羽毛布団の特長を活かし、さらに羽毛布団を通り抜ける体温を毛布が止めるので、かなり暖かくなります。石川県に住む僕はそうしていますが、電気毛布がなくても汗をかくくらい暖かく眠れていますよ。
