सर किसने बोला की हिमाचल में अब कॉन्ट्रैक्ट पीरियड 2 साल का है, अभी भी ये 3 का ही है, ये लोक जान बूझ कर, डिले कर के जो गवर्नमेंट कॉन्ट्रैक्ट की अपॉइंटमेंट मार्च में होनी होती है उसको अप्रैल में ज्वाइन करवाते हैं और रूल ये बनाया है की सिर्फ मार्च में ही किसी को रेगुलराइज करेंगे, फिर 2 साल की जगह 2 साल 11 महीने काम करवा के रेगूलर करते हैं और employees की 11 महीने की सैलरी खा एक्सप्लोएट करते हैं।

कर्मचारियों को पैंशन का फायदा दे दिया था परन्तु हर बात पर कोर्ट जाने का औचित्य नहीं बनता है तो सरकार को स्वार्थी लोगों ने मजबूर कर दिया कि एसा बिल विधेयक लाया जाए।

Sir what would be in that case who appointed on contract basis in 2008-2009 as R&P rules amendment made in Oct.2009 hon'ble high court gave a judgement that these employees should be deemed as regularised from the dt.of initial appointment will they effect from this act.plz clarify

Sir,seniority of a teacher appointed as JBT initially is not counted when promoted as TGT and Lecturer under prevailing R & P Rules of HP Govt. Is there any possibility of getting seniority from date of regular appointment as JBT initially under this passed bill? Please tell.

Sir mene class 4 regular job se resign deker JOA class 3 on contract basis Join kiya h... Mere class 4 ki 5 years ki service thi... is Bill k act ban ne k baad muje kya kerna chahiye... Kya muje apni purani service ko new service me count kerne ka wait kerna chahiye after 2 year...ya purani class 4 ki service ka financial benefit lena chahiye...?

Contract he kyo fir toa jin employees ne daily wages pr 7-8 saal lgayi hai unhe bhi appointment se he regular appointment k laabh milne chahiye. Unki seniority ka kya hoga. Kyi employees ne toa 14-15 saal bhi without regular job lgaye hai. Unhe bhi 14-15 saal jb se job lgi tb se regular benefit milne chahiye. Ye vidheyak bilkuk sahi pass hua hai. Otherwise jo contract employees ke senior employees hai jo dailywager ya fixed pr appoint aur late regular huye thei unki seniority aur promotion pr bhi frk pd raha tha. Pehli baar sukhu sarkar ne sahi faisla liya. Nahi toa iska bhoj aur jnta pr pdega. Pehle he himachal kangal kr diya.

Sir R&p rules amendment was made in oct.2009 & the recruitment done before this period what would be in that case. People who won the case in the hon'ble high court that they should be deemed regularised from the dt.of initial appointment.
