it cant be applied retrospectively bcz our constitution mentions that no criminal law be applied retrospectively and this law public examination (prevention of unfair means )act criminalizes the act of unfair means with term of 3 years and fine of 10 lakh so i think it will not apply retrospectively thank you sir best session

Well obviously this act should apply but if it apply then it violate constitution that say (in criminal law) offenders should be treated in that act which is apply in the country at the time of the commission of the crime and it bar the retrospective application of act. As we seen most of the cases for example nirbhaya rape case , etc . Act made because of this heinous crime but not apply in it . Thus the act will not apply in this case

Hona hi chahiye for neet as it is related to 24 lac youth which means the waste of their 2 years or 3 years hardwork and even it is like. Playing with their dream job. Doctors are considered as God only and God never cheats to be what they are

Sir it is not right if the government will implement this act on previous date 6 Feb . If the act was decided to implement on 21 June then it will implement on this day . If any event of paper leaks or any such activity was happen before the implementation then it is not come under this act

Sir, in my opinion the act should be applied on previous date because here the subject is future of children's attempted NEET. According to some peoples this paper was leaked before exam and this affected the children's who prepared for a year or more if this act applies on them, then the people's who leaked the paper will suffer the fine, if any institution has done and if according to this act punishment of bearing the recoducting cost will be good lesson for them & may be possible that they do not do this type of act in future also this type of act's lower the expectations of students and lose hope from Indian education system and NTA and other entities which conduct this types of exams.

If we go acc to the constitution then that would definately be the violation of the law but a law is made for the people and there betterment hence the req changes should be applied for the implementation date and justice should be provided to all those 25 lakh students. The country's future" the youth "should not be kept at stake in order to not violate the law. The constitution which possibly gives us the chnce to make changes in it for its people, should bow down to protect it's country's future doctors and strict actions should be taken against the involved people and institution and should make them pay for playing with the future of so many students and teach them a lesson and ask them that will they ever be able to trust such doctors who became one out of money and power and not out of knowledge , will they be able to give the thread of their life or their loved ones life peacefully and faithfully into such hands coz in today's world a knowledgeable doctor is a must in our lives u might feel fit and fine today and do not feel a much need of them today but in future u definately will. Will u ever be able to trust , would you never think that is this guy a knowledgeable one or is he a fraud is it even safe to go to him

It should be implemented on the victims of NTA exam scammer. As, it is the question for 35 lakh students, who work hard to score a rank. But if the scammer will not get punishment under this act. No other aspirant will try to give a attempt for neet.
