Day 3 done! I really love that we're moving slowly for now and really feeling which muscles are activated. It's easy to move fast, so taking it slow helps improve control over the technique. And I love the stretching.

Done. I had to not do any movements between vid day 1/2 and day3. Feels much better today and I especially enjoy feeling that QL stretch. I cannot do the warm up sequences on the floor just now as I am almost 7 weeks from a hip joint replacement but I do what I can sitting. The hip movements are at a good pace for me to get back into dancing. Thank you..

And it's only day 3! 😍Stretching the skin at the end doesn't feels nice, at all... Hope it's going to feel better in time. Today I've put my nails in skin ahahahha not good! If you are quite tight in particular spot and never did this before, tissues might be stuck together. You can use more massaging movements (but deep one not superficial) such as circles and then try dip tissue pull. 🙂 take your time, everyone is different and we have different needs ❤️

Done! Really enjoyed the tutorial. I can only do this in the morning cause is when I have time and my muscles feel super stiff at the beginning, so the mobility tutorial is great to warm up. For me, I found the hardest to keep up the speed on the shimmy and to keep my hips flat while bending my knees. Also I was super focus on my hips while doing the hip lift front and back that I completely forgot about my upper body so it was looking super collapsed, thank you Jasirah for the threat, it felt really personal! 😂😂😂
