It should be "Heroism", not "heroics". This is how ChatGPT describes the difference between the two: The terms "heroics" and "heroism" are related but differ in nuance and usage: Heroism Definition: Refers to the quality or state of being a hero; it describes courageous behavior, noble actions, or self-sacrifice in the face of danger or adversity. Usage: Often used to highlight the moral and admirable qualities of someone’s brave actions. It tends to have a serious and respectful tone. Example: "Her heroism in rescuing the children from the burning building was widely recognized." Heroics Definition: Refers to actions that are bold or dramatic, often implying a theatrical or exaggerated quality. It can sometimes be used ironically or to describe feats that might lack genuine necessity or impact. Usage: Can carry a lighter or even critical tone compared to "heroism." It is sometimes used to refer to showy acts of bravery that might not have significant importance. Example: "He performed daring heroics to impress the crowd, but they were unnecessary." Key Differences Tone: Heroism is inherently noble and serious. Heroics can be neutral, positive, or even slightly mocking, depending on context. Focus: Heroism emphasizes the ethical or moral value of the act. Heroics focuses on the dramatic nature of the act. Summary While both terms describe brave or bold actions, "heroism" is reserved for genuine, praiseworthy courage, whereas "heroics" can sometimes imply showmanship or unnecessary risk. Context will determine the intended meaning. You people need an editor.

When you say nurse for them its a low skilled job and even teaching they try to stay away instead they want management job blue collar jobs businessman banking, engineering

Bakit parang ang daming may sama ng luob na mga Pinoy sa mga nurses sa Pinas? Nakapagtrabaho ako sa Pinas at European country at napansin ko ang laki ng difference hindi lang sa sahod kunti sa treatment ng mga patients, families and doctor sa mga nurses. MAs magalang po makitungo ang ibang lahi sa mga nurses. Sa pinas ang daming ang baba ang tingin sa mga nurses na kung makaasta parang alipin nila ang mga nurses. Kaya I am no longer convinced that Filipinos are nice dahil actually toxic po ang culture natin. Last time may nurse na pinatay ng pasyente, sinisisi nla ang nurse . Grabe talaga mga pinoy, hindi po ba kayo masaya if well appreciated ang mga pinoy nurses sa ibang bansa? Sila naman po yong umaaangat sa economy ng Pinas through remittances . Kaya naka benefit din tayo sa hard work nila.

I agree, I was born and raised as a White American-Filipino in Philippines, and I always hated the crabmentality and “mata pobre” attitudes of Filipinos, like how I was discriminated and ostracized for speaking English and had white skin, and how they look down on people who work as nurses, because they see them as people who weren’t good enough to be doctors etc., especially in Philippines, all they care about only being doctor or engineer. I now work as a healthcare financial analyst, and although I’m not a doctor nor engineer, I am well appreciated by my Non-Filipino colleagues, patients and friends.
