Wow my first psychedelic experience was also at 21 after battling depression and having had comitted suicide about a year prior. It honestly allowed me to lay out everything in and beyond my life and gave me the chance to reprioritize. Pain and sorrow dosen't dissapear entirely, especially being a deeply empathetic person, but this awakening of sorts allowed my mind and spirit to be freed from whatever abyssal prison cell they were being kept in by my old world views. Always amazing to hear other's accounts, and to see how growth can lead to such wonderful creations.
