So Akaba was not the first to come to the Anyako-Konu. I heard Torgbui Kumassah said there was somebody at Konu and others at Klevete.

There is another accounts that said twin brothers came to the island and one settled at Kponu ((Konu) and the other moved northwards. But because the place has a lot of Anya trees, the name Anyakpo came into being. Hence Anyakpo (Anyako) and Kponu (Konu)
