@@GleeMerry Ya I guess you are correct. I would say a gentle simmer. Just enough to retard the yeast a bit. I checked out a vid and Obwarzanek is a lot like forming bagels! It is actually said that bagels have a hole in them because they were created into the shape of this thing where you put your feet while riding a horse.After Poland won the war it was made into the shape of this thing which belonged to country which lost.
