Sheikh Hud, may Allaah preserve him, is still in prison. Sheikh Sa'eed was released at the beginning of this year (2024) on compassionate release and passed away shortly after. He was able to pray two Fridays at Germantown Masjid with Ahlus-Sunnah while he was out, may Allaah have mercy on him!
