That is very flaw history when you put Ashanti in that history. Ashanti was formed 19 century by some Akan speaking group to resist oppression of the Akan group called Akyim. So I find it difficult to comprehend. Ashanti was not quite long the European arrival

Actually the Ashanti kingdom was invented way back in the 15th century. This resume was mostly correct, I’m from IvoryCoast and I’m Akan so I’d know

@@KakouAmon2 my brother, Ashanti kingdom was rather form in 18th century. How do we know about it, the kingdom came into existence to resist oppression from other Clans. The "Asen nti" is laterally means "because of war", so the smaller clans among the Akan group came to unite and fight for resistance in that period. During that time, they need alliances with other tribes and came to meet with the Dagomba kingdom, so this was the first time Ashanti came into contact with Dagomba kingdom and that was 18th century. We took those events and activities to find the period of time, we compare the first kingdom king to other kingdom rulers to determine it formation plus Europeans era in Gold Coast then.
