The number of players doesn't matter when you're competing against the legends of the game (back when they were competitive, of course). And he still has unchallenged scores from that time, people tend to ignore past 2015 Cookiezi, but if he hadn't got banned, his account would be even more impressive now (at least to newer players). And he held that place every time he played, so, your point doesn't really matter here, if he had just got to #1 in his first year, beating 100k people, but lost it in a couple of weeks, it wouldn't be as impressive. But he held it for years. Like, literally every year he played seriously he was the undisputed best, no one even argued about it.

@@HoangNguyen-nv1bm This is not true. They just quit playing competitively. If you'll watch a wubwoofwolf stream, he always jokes around "farming score", he just doesn't care about pp anymore. That's why current players think they aren't as good or not competent anymore. They are, they're just sick of the current pp system. If wubwoofwolf decided to farm pp again, he would crush everyone, because he's got the best fundamentals in the game. Literally, the core of osu is reading, and he's the best at it (arguably). Look at Toy, for example. He, too, has some of the best fundamentals in the game, and he can get really good high pp scores. He never actively farmed, but when he did, because of his insane reading and acc, he could farm just as good as everyone else.
