The history of Purulia||পুরুলিয়ার ভাষা আন্দোলনের সম্পূর্ণ ইতিহাস

পুরুলিয়া জেলার রয়েছে এক গৌরবময় ইতিহাস। ভাষা আন্দোলন তার মধ্যে সব থেকে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। সারা দেশের মধ্যে এখানেই সবার আগে নিজের মাতৃভাষার জন্য সংগ্রাম করেছিলেন মানুষ। বাংলাভাষার জন্য কারাবরণ করেছিলেন হাজার হাজার ভাষাপ্রেমী। স্বাধীনতার পরই তৎকালীন বিহারের মানভুম জেলার একটা বড় অংশ বাংলাভাষার দাবীতে আন্দোলন শুরু করে। বঙ্গভুক্তির দাবী ওঠে সারা মানভুম জুড়ে। আন্দোলন তীব্র আকার ধারন করে। শুরু হয়ে যায় মিটিং মিছিল। পশ্চিমবঙ্গে অন্তর্ভুক্তির দাবীতে পুঞ্চা থানার পাকবিড়রা থেকে ১৯৫৬ সালের ২০ এপ্রিল এক হাজারেরও বেশি ভাষা সংগ্রামী কলকাতা পর্যন্ত পদযাত্রা করেন। অবশেষে সেই দাবীকে মেনে নেয় তৎকালীন সরকার। ১৯৫৬ সালের ১লা নভেম্বর বিহারের মানভূম জেলার খণ্ডিত অংশ পুরুলিয়া জেলা পশ্চিমবঙ্গের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হয়।

Disgusting that the channel name itself comes from colonial mindset and superiority complex. The person, Manik Dasgupta's ancestry is from dhaka, today's bangladesh. These dasguptas and an arun ghosh built there own so-called ashram to fool people in the name of movement and hold the political positions to rule the area. The movement is also from purulia and by these people only. This shameless guy name a mahato to gain sympathy and self-assurance but never said that they very organisor of the so-called movement are not from purulia but of burdhawan or today's bangladesh. In the voting that he is talking about, opponents were mostly people from manbhum, who voted against them, where they lost. But today they are successful in capitalizing in most power positions. The name of district is given as Purulia according to the name of the town and this is also given to strongly hold the power of the district as they have less effect in Manbazar or other places in Manbhum. The name is deliberately given by the progene of writers and publishers to psychologically subjugate the people with showcasing their false superiority of language. This is a pure case of opportunity-driven colonization in the disguise of turmoil. Today everything is changing with exposure of internet and social media and you can not hold anyone with false identity.
