This was fantastic! I'm currently undertaking a research project on the Fall of the East India Company and this podcast was spectacularly helpful, it gave me such a good insight to the Company and the detail was amazing! Would love to see more EIC content!

That the tea bushes were first planted in the Darjeeling area in the mid 1850s leads one to believe that, maybe, just maybe, the topics of (1) tea, (2) silk, (3) porcelain, and (4) opium could fit under CHP, if not already.

I love stories based on factual history. I'm totally hooked. i'm confined in house for years due to illness and agoraphobia, with only my son to talk to. Listening to podcast is like opening up a new world for me.
