@@flotterotter1202 We don't know that. We only found two specimen, one is a partial skeleton and the other a partial skull. Not a lot to go on as you can see, especially when the partial skeleton was blown up on WW2. So we only have a partial skull and drawings of the partial skeleton. With this we know this was a massive theropod, we just can't pin point how large. Lenght estimates place the partial skull between 12 and 13 meters, not up to 14, based on it's relatives that would result in a mass of ~7,5 metric tons. And the partial skeleton around 10 to 11 meters, which would result in a mass of ~5 metric tons. The biggest specimen of T.rex are in fact shorter than the largest Carcharadontosaurus at 12.3 meters in lenght(Sue) but they have been estimated to weigh up to 9 metric tons! Making T.rex the more massive(larger) theropod of the two. Carcharadontosaurus was indeed longer but not bigger.

The "JPOG" design is still the first image that comes to my mind when i think of this theropod in a "JP" context. But the "Evolution" design is good too, and I think it gives you a goods idea of what it *could* look like in a film installment.

I really like this dinosaur. Strange reason, maybe, but the sounds these animals make in JWE are super imposing. Like, the heavy rumbling noise you hear right before they kill a human/goat straight up just sounds like THREAT. The T-Rex roar is iconic as hell, obviously, but I always think that the more subtle noises these dinosaurs make are probably more realistic, and therefore definitely creepier. The T-Rex sounds like a movie monster. The Carchar. sounds like a very real, very dangerous animal. Somehow, that always scares me more

I always like the Operation Genesis look more and I think the overall shape and build may be more accurate but I am not sure. But I do think the JW: Evolution version is a very unique design as well. It was also a dinosaur I often upgraded for Builder and used in the arena, and when it leveled up it really brought a lot of damage. I love both the JPOG Carcharodontosaurus and the JWE one. I have a feeling the former shares pretty much the same model used for the Acrocanthosaurus with slight differences, by the way, and the sounds that Carcharodontosaurus makes are so cool and threatening! Still, despite what many people will say (?), I do appreciate the JWE redesign. My only issue with it is that it's a bit too slender. While not as muscular as Tyrannosaurus, Carcharodontosaurus is still a damn big Theropod, not too far from Giganotosaurus... But it's somehow thinner than Acrocanthosaurus. 😅 Anyway, it's always good to hear from you, Klayton! We don't deserve you, but we definitely need you. ❤️
