Lived there for 7 months last year. The water around that area is the best I've ever tasted you truly are rejuvenated and feel purified and refreshed more than usual. there ARE interdimensional beings around that area invisible energies both evil and angelic. I've had things happen to me that defy accepted psychics and things that can't be explained. Saw things with my own eyes I don't tell many people. You gotta go to know. Granite holds an immense amount of energy and can distort space and time if it's manipulated properly. Soaking your feet in that water is so nice can't wait to go back. It's the daytime hang out spot for all the locals/hippies

So proud to call California my home state. We get a bad rep for cultural and political ideals but geographically and geologically speaking we are the Golden State. No doubt about it. #CAproud

This just talks mostly about the water at Mt Shasta, not much about the legends. The title is very misleading.

Mt Shasta used to be inhabited by survivors of Lemuria, a continent that sank in the Pacific Ocean tens of thousands of years ago. Other survivors went to South America and the South Pacific. This underground city is now allegedly inhabited by Telosians, a human ET race from Alpha Centauri.

Raised in Sac since infancy. Never heard of any of it. Yet, I'm also 4th generation Shasta native. My mom has early childhood memories of her step dad talking about the secretive blonde people living deep inside the mountain. He had more than one perfectly safe encounter with them
