One cool thing not many people think of is how Attack On Titan retells Nordic mythology. With Ymir drowning in the Ether beneath the world tree and being born as the first titan, how the creature that latches onto Ymir is Nidhog. And how Ymir's birth as the founding titan is the beginning of all the events that lead to the RUMBLING...which is literally RAGNAROK. The destruction of the old world to begin a new one.

How about killing or be Massacred? Marley probably massacre Paradis people or other nations, so it might seen there is no difference between Marley or Eren, as both the same, but there is big difference between the two. Marley never stated they want to destroy the whole world or Massacre every one, they want to rule, exploit, subjected and enslave, which is evil and bad at his own. But you can't claim Eren do it as Self Defense. If Eren want to save Paradis form Marley, you need to defeat Marley and her allies, you don't need to massacre them. Eren do not talk only about killing or even not massacre Marley. Eren talk about the whole world, even the people who oppressed or subjected by Marley, even Marley enemies, he talk about massacre everyone unless your eldian. I don't care or think it bad if you rooting for Eren as it fiction, but you need to distinguish between the two and no see as killing or be killed or some kind of self defense or reprisal

The way I see it, Eren enacting rumbling is not meant to be seen as a heroic thing hes doing for the people of Paradis but a very selfish thing hes doing for his own naïve sense of freedom and protecting his true friends. This is pretty much confirmed when he breaks down in front of Ramzi. At the end, the Rumbling was started because Eren wanted to live out his dream of seeing a world free of enemies

Eren stans missing the point of the show its hilarious. Who started it doesn't matter the only way to stop the cycle of hatred/violence is to forgive. That is not the same as Fritz fatalistic pacifism Eren stans seem to be equating it to be. The rumbling could be used to cripple nations military industrial complexes but that is better than genocide. Imagine wall titans standing outside your country ready to stomp at any minute. That is a huge deterrent. From then Paradis can negotiate from a position of power. Like real life.

Eren uses the rumbling because he realizes that despide everyone being human, the nature of war determines that only one side will win and rewrite the history once again. All the world has been hating paradis for a thousand years, the whole world wants them DEAD, there's no negotiation to be done, it's either them or your loved ones. And obviously eren decides to commit genocide to protect the ones who care.

It's more like a way to cut off the cycle of hatred around the globe. Let's just say that if Eren chose... Idk, use the founding Titan to dominate the world like first King Fritz did, enslaving the Marleans in the process, then what? He'd die, his descendants would fight for the titans and then the Marleans would just revolt and oppress the Eldians once more. After that what? Another Eren would pop out and seek to do what Eren did... It's a cycle of hatred that never ends. What Eren is doing with the rumbling is cutting the cycle in the most radical way possible... No Marleans, no one to oppress the eldians, and no one for the eldians to oppress. What Eren is doing is completely wrong, but you can understand his point of view.

All Eldians inside the wall are subjects of Ymir, so everyone is successor of Ymir. Then why not everyone has royal blood? Those Eldians from 2000 years ago couldn't use titan power at all, cause they hadn't been shown in coordinate. But nowadays everyone was it paths, which means that everyone on Paradise is successor of Ymir and should have royal blood. It all began with Ymir, then went to her 3 daughters and so on, there is no specific royal blood line. I might be wrong at something, but can anyone explain this to me?

Its never clearly explained as to why, one bloodline is the “Founding Titan”. But i assume, the three daughters each had three kids. Making 9 Grandchildren, and that’s the maximum amount of shifter titans possible from Ymirs Blood/Contact with that BioMass Creature in that Cavern. I suppose one of the grandchildren power, was the founder and they kept it for generations until Grisha took it. It was the 145 King of Eladia who abandoned the Empire about 100 years before the start of the story. Ymir The Slave obeyed the Royal Holding the Founder. Even though technically every Eladian would have Fritz’s blood, the Founder must have been an unbroken succession of a single family. Similiar to how a Throne is passed down.

There's no way that they both have same parent, which means that at least 2 different ancestor could continue royal bloodline. So its literally can't be only eldest children in family. And also since Frieda is the eldest daughter of Rod, then Historia's kid shouldn't be able to use founding titan power, which means that Zeke's first plan was full trash and nobody on Paradise knows about that. So yeah, I feel like eldest sister rule doesn't work exactly

The thing about the Rumbling which people do not understand is that Eren himself doesn't even want to use it. But he doesn't have a choice. Because if he did a small scale Rumbling the entire world will fear the Eldian empire even more because A. They would have taken down Marley, the same nation that's been known to have demolished other nations effortlessly in the past few centuries. B. They will continue to become more advance and probably most likely have better technology that will probably destroy the rumbling. And C. His friends and everyone of his people will be gone. So Eren had three options. A. Go with Zeke's plan which wouldn't matter to the rest of the world because they'll probably still Kill all the Eldians regardless if they can reproduce or not. B. Sit there and do nothing. Or C. Fight.

Ending is the new start. That's what i think rumbling represent. it's last option that eren would have to take whether he wanted or not becz if he didn't had taken this step his people will suffer more and more in the future so to make those difference between people go away he first have to make them one and when they allied they will try to stop him and that is what he wants. He was on a suicidal mission from the point when he first stepped on ocean. He believe in his friends that's why he took this step. Eren activated the Rumbling because he wanted to experience freedom. But what actually does "freedom" mean to Eren? First, let's talk about Armin's book, or better, what Armin and Eren saw in it: while Armin focused on the wonders of the outside world themselves, Eren saw the lack of freedom that humanity had. You could think that those are the same thing but actually they're two sides of the same coin. Armin represents the "good side" and Eren the "bad side" of freedom. In other words, Armin's objective was to see the sea, Eren's to kill (or better, exterminate) whatever stole that freedom from him, making it his enemy. Firstly, Eren saw the titans as the enemy, but as the story goes on he discovers that the real one is the humanity outside the walls. This means that killing his enemy meant to kill the the humans who lived on the outside world. That's why he used the Rumbling to kill every being that exists outside the walls. For a more complete explanation i suggest you to watch "This video will change how you see Eren" by invaderzz, video that helped me write this brief explanation. Hope it helped :)

You should really learn more about Hitler and how the Nazi come to power. From what I understand yes they're all decendents of Ymir via the 3 daughters of your. But only one of the 3 daughters gained the power of the founding titan and passed that down creating the royal family while the other 2 just continued the eldian bloodline. Side note I think that’s what the cutting of their tongues represent as well. They are unnamed people who have no name thus can’t speak for themselves essentially nobodies that were made part of og eldia. So for lack of a better term I’ll be calling them pure no names as I try to explain it to myself lol or just call them slaves. Any eldians descended from the three daughters im pretty sure is considered the Royal line. But I think the slaves themselves had their own offspring that didn’t intertwine with the royalty. These are probably erens ancestors and the other is zeke ancestors. I think Ymir being a pure no name gives other no name eldians the potential to inherit the founding titan.
