Many, many years ago I met H. Romos in that house. I may be wrong, but I think he owned the local Coca Cola distributor in Key West. During our visit I remember that it was unseasonably cold and he was wearing a sweater. Another story from the past by John R. Leaman still a Conch at heart ❤

A one bedroom house? I wonder why she didn't want kids?? Selfish & spoiled perhaps? That's kinda sad! I watched a documentary on Al Capone. In the documentary, he stayed in Florida a lot, esp in Miami. Meyer Lansky ran the gambling halls in Cuba & he was there a lot w/ Al. They were best friends! 😆
