Fun fact: The lightsaber in Episode 2, the designers engraved the letters “BMF” near the top for Sam Jackson. For those who have watched his movies, those letters are famous with Sam Jackson.

I remember vividly how hard I tried to get my hands on one of these Hasbro ones when I was a kid... To my recollection, there was one Windu per pallet (among the dozens of Obi/Ani/Vader) when Hasbro shipped the sabers to the stores, which meant I never even knew they existed until I saw them on the Internet. That was until I finally gave up and bought the RotS model for price-tag value on the internet. On the flipside, though, this random factor is also how I got my hands on the green Force-Action lightsaber : the unaware store clerks emptied the palette in the shelf, I went in, started digging, noticed it, bought it without a second thought.

i used to have a problem with the forge lightsabers that were based on characters or character outfits instead of their lightsabers because "that's not the canon lightsaber design!!!" but the more i see the more i like them, they're really cool and i don't mind a bit of artistic liberty

Two lightsabers that I used to have that I am unsure you are aware of: - Star Wars : Jedi Knight Qui-Gon Jinn : Green Lightsaber : Light & Sounds. Retractable blade (not fully ) C-086D. 2010 Hasbro inc -2010 mace windu lightsaber hasbro C-086D The eBay listings with the “caution” stickers near the top of the hilt are EXACTLY them. I can’t find an actual origin though… help!

I absolutely loved the first mace windu toy saber, at the time whilst i knew mace had the electrum and such forth, but damn is it a cool hilt, and better yet you could unscrew that top and take out the blade so you could wear it un ignited

That's where it came from, the pre sell off Disney build your own. have the build your own lightsaber but its a mix of the Disney build your own, and the revenge of the Sith one, with the unique purple blade from Disney i think.
