The Hive Butler: Uncapping Tank

I've owned them for over a year, take them to the bee yard every trip and still they hold up great!! It has crossed my mind a few times that if the screen provided was an excluder then it could be used as a shacker box as well. Still a great American made product!!!

We did actually try an excluder in the beginning! It wasn’t small enough to prevent the majority of the cappings from filtering through. 😞 We have had customers who cut down an excluder to fit their uncapping tank and use it though!

There is not enough demand for products that accommodate layens frames for us to consider making such an investment at this time. Thanks for asking! 😁
