Yeah also here, and using the pepper spray like an attack weapon is a guaranteed jail sentence, as this is classed as an attack with a weapon. Even if just having the pepper spray in your pocket and the police finds it, is a fine of 820$. This is if it's the first time....Repeat offences like this and you could also get jail time, just for having the pepper spray.

@@xmtxx Offcourse there are idiots in all countries. Here it's more the standard "Talking or texting on your hand held mobile device" douchebaggery. Also, some persons, typically men, and disproportionately often, men originating, from certain countries "far from europe", that drive like maniacs. I also once heard of a guy that was on a very congested road to a popular holiday destination decide that when an ambulance with lights and sirens on, used a seperate bike path to get to the sick person fast, it was ok for him to do it also, so he followed the ambulance. The ambulance crew contacted police over the radio, and the guy was caught before he could get onto the road again. But this is something so rare, that it usually makes the news.

have you thought about putting them large cement poles in that limit space from cars at the entrances? we have them in large walking areas in the US. they are maybe 3 to 4 feet tall yellow cement poles that are separated to allow pedestrians through but leaves no space for cars

Asked and answered in every S.A.F video comment section. Police, ambulance and firetrucks can use the pavement in an emergency, they must take extra good care and have their horn and lights on. Also....Some of the stores get truckloads of goods, the delivery trucks can actually, legally drive on the pavement section to load and unlock. So the cement bollards is NOT an option.

Yeah, they can be tilted. I have also seen this on motorcycles, because often the police can not keep up with a fast bike, so they usually resort to writing down the license plate and then contacting the owner later, to get the name of the rider (Usually the owner himself...Cause, who lets other men ride their bike) Only problem is, it's not really worth it, because if they find you, they will also issue a ticket for driving an unlicensed bike, confiscate the tilt device and you will have to pay a fine that is many times bigger. Right when speedcamera vans came to my country, some boy racers thought that it was clever to take the license plate off of the car and place it in the front windscreen on the dash. Their logic was that the camera van could not take a picture of the license plate as it was offcourse not readable on the dash. The police really quickly found the solution....They put a normal videocamera in the front of the cameravan, this recorded the back of all the cars passing. The driver still got his ticket AND a 200$ fine for not displaying a license plate as required by law. That ended that trick, pretty quick :)
