I feel like this is a set of trails that would be incredibly fun to learn well and master. It takes legs to keep the speed up, but watching the video back really shows that if a person knew the trail well, they could really fly and have some serious fun. Nate Hills says these are his favourite Sedona trails and I can see why!

FYI Santa Cruz Reserve wheels add thicker grease in their I9 hubs to cut down the buzz by 70%. But most people prefer the loudness

The strap is just the standard chesty version. The mount is a J hook and I'm using a gimbal, which lets me set whatever angle of view I want. Pretty handy! Here's my exact set up: myillumi.com/bring-action-cam-footage-speed/

I just got back from Sedona yesterday and rode Hiline, Slim Shady, Templeton, Easy Breezy, and something else. I’m super jelly I miss this segment of trails. So much flow compared to what I rode.

I have ridden all over Sedona AZ. It was amazing. Next time you should try the white line. Also Aries trail has amazing single track that forces you to skirt around cacti.

If you would have gone left at the Hog Heaven and Hog Wash intersection, you could have hit Pig Tail which is a sweet little jump line. It's one of the few actual jump trails in Sedona.

@@TheLoamRanger The answer is pretty fast. I moved here from the midwest a few years ago and my riding has improved exponentially. Technical sections + Exposure = heightened focus.

Great video as always! Arizona has some real hidden beauty if you take the time to find it. I was curious how you felt about the Switchblade? I"ve heard a lot of "TALK" about Pivot bikes and how they compare to the rest of the world but i don't know just how much better they really could be, especially now adays with technology improving so much. Haha well there were plenty of challenging sections in there. I was pretty sure I cleaned most things! I usually don't include me just huffing the bike down something on foot because no one really wants to watch that. It's about editing the vid to be the most enjoyable for the viewer.
