Things that I did that helped me. 1) I use a camera with a SD card that I can place in my desktop for picture transfers (Fast) 2) I know how much I make per hour (for me cost of living is low I want $45 per hour) 3) I know the minimum amount of net profit I can make per item and still meet my hourly goal (I can do 10 items per hour so I need to make at least $4.50 net profit per item) 4) I am still an everything store but plan to niche down once I clear out the things on the homestead 5) Most everything is prepackaged ready for a mailing label to be place over the inventory number on the packaged. (Nothing but simple numbers starting with #1) 6) Everything listed needs to sell withing 100 days at some price that as a net profit above $4.50 7) I use a draft bank as well as schedule listings 8) Constantly going over the "White Papers" in the Group (a Goldmine)

Another great amazing video bro, I watched it 3 times back to back, I started reselling last November, I have never done it before and I am trying to grow my store fast, but I get overwhelmed A lot, I set a Goal to have $100,000 in sales my first year being a everything seller and doing it all myself, I want to learn how to get listings done faster, I have a good set up but from your prior videos man I have heard you say one distraction cost you 20minutes basically, and that is soo true man. This is where I'm currently at, 4k item store, all clothing, avg sale price of about $26, 35 listing per day, around 5k profit per month. Looking to get more insight into my categories so I can increase my margin. At 35 listing and a $9-$10 profit, that is 6 figure income. Will be staying at this level until I figure it out lol

@@brettlott570 Yes, solo operation. In 18 months of doing this full time, I've only missed 1 day back in march (i was in vegas). Quality over quantity is were im headed. I have a 10x30 storage unit, and can probably double the store if I wanted to.

Do you offer free shipping or tie in shipping? do you only sell you know that has High sell through or whatever's generally selling right now? Most of the items new? Sorry for the bombarding questions its just have been having problems selling clothes on ebay

Great advise as always. Especially not taking on more than you can handle, right now I have cash flow but because of everything going on I am staying at trying to get 4 items a day because I'm not at the level of getting items in on a consistent basis to list 5 items a day. But I am seeing progress because I have items selling that I wasn't sure how long I was going to hold onto them or it was an item I would have to trade and get credit to put to something else. But all this info is great and I just need to grow at my own pace. But I am getting the tools of my trade that I can either fix small issues or answer some questions on my own.

I'm still a everything seller, but I get so much clothing for cheap that I may be forced to niche down. My biggest concern is what to do with the cheaper brand clothes that I also get. I always were able to get unlimited amounts of clothing. I used to give them away for free until I came across your channel and realized it's big money in clothes. Been given them away for years. Wow

I’ve been focusing on plus size clothing and it was good for a while but as I’m trying to increase average sell price I’m realizing it’s going to be hard to do it with plus size. However I’ve also been finding good jeans and leather jackets. they are a higher sell price so my next move may be to focus more on those, even if they are bulkier items that will be a little more of a pain to store.

Question for you. What if I have a person that has a couple of products and they want me to sell this product, if it is a $100 or $200 product what is a good take for myself? Meaning what amount should I be ok with making if I sale this product? Will $10 be a good take for the $100 product and will $20 be a good take for selling the $200 product?
