Hurricane Ian slammed gulf at cat4 almost cat 5 so I know they got quite a but didn't make landfall at Tampa it was further south. I live in Florida, it's coming through us in Orlando and Central Florida tomorrow. Hope that helps with your question.

I would like to see you start the project on the house (renovations/restore it) and make the forest you have into real camping grounds with trails. 😮 I would love to visit someday when it's ready. I think you should buy a four-wheeler and a trailer to put it on, to cover more land without exhausting yourself by foot that way you can get out of there faster without him harming you plus it's fun to drive a 4 wheeler. The quad would help make trails too by smashing down small trees with no problem. Don't leave your quads there because the clown may steal it. :O

Sealing the attic would be a start along with maybe getting the basement doors sealed up as well as maybe getting the windows upgraded to being non-breakable and penetrable. The windows are considered lightweight, but you could possibly compare laminated windows and polycarbonate since both my uncle and cousin know more information about the ins and outs of construction of doors, windows, and everything construction.

Oh my goodness, that takes me back in time. My daughter would get up in the middle of the night and fix her something to eat. She would always get ham, cheese, mayo, bread and make her sandwich 2-3 o’clock in the morning. Then one morning, We had a short refrigerator. I caught her on top of the fridge eating a bowl of cereal that she made herself. I was so frightened because of her getting up in the middle of the night. That I even had locks at the ceiling, keeping the doors locked. Like 4 locks on every door, locks on all the window, and locks on everything in between. She was quite as a mouse. You would never hear her. But she would eat and go back to bed. And leave everything right where she got through with it. She was 2, when all that started. By the time she was 3. She didn’t do that anymore. Just those terrible 2’s.
