You did a fantastic cleanup, George! The beautiful orange flowers at 34:31 are Clivia. They thrive in dry shade. I felt a bit sad seeing this - you can tell the guy once loved his yard. Those 4 round things made unique raised gardens! It was good of you to take down the old clothesline pole. That'll make a lovely home for someone new, just needs a few little jobs done to bring it up to 100%. I hope the buyer will be someone who loves gardening. Thanks for doing such a thorough, good job.

Hi George Another fantastic job, you do it like it was your own property! I'm sure the prospective buyers will appreciate seeing the property cleaned out and that it has heaps of potential!
