It took some time for me to get used to this song after hearing all past versions of My Horizon, even the Honkish mix. But after hearing them multiple times throughout my youtube playlist, my mind just came to the conclusion that... *goddamn, this slaps HARD*. And because of that, it's on my personal playlist. Awesome as usual, great job Awe and A2! probably looking too much into it, but this song makes me think of what if Wechidna has no control over his beast form? With the actual peaceful start, Wechidna sounding like he's in pain during the transformation, and the piano part, just makes me think of this what if. Unlike EXE (Faker) who is malicious all the way through, or Hog & Scorched both being in a horrible situation, Wechidna is in said horrible situation, while the Beast form causes that situation. This concept makes it unique imo

Don’t know what it is but this song got me envisioning knuckles and Bf on a hill rapping as the sky goes throughout the day cycle, starting at noon , beat drop is at sunset , piano comes on at midnight, and sunrise when he starts to sound normal.. just UGH. Such a good rendition.

Gonna be honest? I didn't really care for this track when I first listened to it. I felt that the melodies got a little lost in the mixing and composition itself, an issue present in a couple Awe tracks. But on repeat listens, it really grew on me!! The stuff from before still stands I think, but this track fucking rules in spite of it. I think I still prefer the Honkish and Armydillo versions, at least in the context of My Horizon, but as a standalone piece especially it's pretty solid!! Genuinely excited to see where you both go from here, I'm definitely a fan :D
