just a tip for hunting mule deer! :D to catch up to mule deer, spam x when you have enough stamina to seemingly jump like them and catch up! i know it sounds silly but it really helps!

Never knew you could do that! Usually my strategy is to just tire them out and eventually you will be able to catch up to them. They do less damage and while it does take a while but mule deer are easy to chase in circles and keep in your territory.

​@@mspaintdoodle9989 oo thats interesting! When I hunt mule deer I usually just try to catch up to them as fast as I can, and sometimes I'll stop running to catch a break. Then I'll just charge at the mule deer again, sometimes it catches them by surprise and I'm able to get one. But I really like your strategy! Cause unlike elk, mule deer are pretty easy to "herd" lol

With my wolf Robin, she is already age 6 with her 4th litter :) I played as her when the Wolfquest saga was in public beta, so that's probably why. But I also was so hooked that I was playing as that pack every single day 😂 I'm also just more invested with having the pups, I don't really bother to explore maps like Seri does. Seri likes to spend time with her character's mate and likes to explore the maps, I think lol So it makes sense that she's not on her 4th litter already. Plus, she only started playing it when the saga was officially released. She didn't play the saga when it was in beta testing, so she's not gonna be at the same pace with the other Wolfquest KZbinrs :)

Okay this is really long sorry.. She plays like me and sadly I had 6 pups on accurate and we were doing so well! Until we got to the summer site. I got a major injury during a hunt and was trying to heal up when one of my pups were sick. Then... we got attack by a wolves while my mate and I were hurt. Our infinity wasn't the best. Lost a pup had a couple cougar attacks T-T... sadly one kill the sick pup who couldn't make it in the grass in time. We kept getting hurt over and over. After a bear took out another and I was down to 3. I decided to change summer site with the sick pup. But I forgot that I had a jaw injury so I couldn't hold it long and forgot how much they drsg behind being sick. It got to the point we were getting hungry and I didn't know the other pups lose health after 40%... I have a lot of hours on wolfquest but its a new game with all of these update. We got attack by 3 coyote and were very hurt lost the sick pup.. my health was low. Mate health was low. I was trying so hard to get food and there was nothing around that area besides the fast prey. I can't remember their name. I finally killed one. But I decided to feed myself most of it and wanted my mate to have the rest but he gave it to the puppy instead T-T which we were down to two. Then I realize both of their health was halfway since they were in a starving stage. We got attack by the coyote again the 3 and at this point only one of the puppies had food. I decided to give it to the stronger of the two and was hoping the other would eat but it starve before that and the other ate the food. Coyote attack I ended up dying from them defended my pups. Then I reloaded and only one of the pups ate and this time the other didn't get any and starve T-T... so now y mate was really hingry my pup was okay but my health was low and I couldn't even catch a rabbit. The pup was staying alive bc it couldn't hunt lil animals. We got attack by a group of two male wolves and they were only yearling my mate was starving at 5% health and I almost died but was taking the stronger wolf away from my pup since my wolf is stronger then my mate. My mate died defending the pup. I ran over and barely drove those males away. I swith my game to easy for a little bc I went through an emotional rollercoaster that was the first mate I ever lost. T-T.... Anyways I wasn't thinking and decided to sleep. forgot how quickly their hunger drop so I woke up and my pup was now starving.. and I finally smell a bison carcass since I was on easy mode. I couldn't bring it to any patch of grass. There was none nearby. I ran so many hexes to get the food. But I wasn't going to sleep. Then ran back to my pup and as I got there. She was still alive. I was so relieve then.. we got attack by coyote and with her health being low from starving she was having trouble runing and there were two. Sadly one of the coyote killed her T_T then I was just howling by her body. It was so sad. I name my mate Anakin and the pup who miraculously survive was name Padme... who Anakin ended up saving. She also got sick very early in the game and we got attack by a bear when she was sick. Made it in a den but pop back out with another pup and the other pup got carry away and my stamina was low and I couldn't save it. It was like some weird curse. All the other pups kept dying but the runt was surviving and I really think my mate was extra protective of the runt and thats why.

Hey Seri! The Saga came with lots of small adjustments! You'll get minor injuries much more often, and it's more difficult to bond with potential mates (so it's not just Shattered)

iirc you only had to get your trial mate to 80% affinity to bond, but it's 100% now, so it's definitely a bit more challenging lol

I just stockpile food if I really like them lol. Lay around and just feed them and it goes up pretty quick since we’re just eating and playing

I actually like it. Because I always would mate with a someone very quickly and I was still getting to know them. Now I feel like I get more of a chance before calling things off and I don't like the way they hunt or attack predators etc.

If you do a play bow and then press B to do the bouncy run, your pups will chase you and I think it’s the most adorable addition to this game!

I think that Shattered really does want to have a family with Silver, a pack with Sliver, and that’s why he’s zooming around trying to show her how fast he is and how playful he is… but still will let her decide if he’s the right match.

When you said birdwatching it reminded me of the old Birbology live streams! Those were so much fun to watch (even if there were only 2 of them). Chips editing photos, and you drinking tea and telling stories! I hope one day you will have recovered enough to continue streams like that. There is actually stamina for the other animals in this game so you could just run down the animals you hunt and that’s important when you have a pack and your trying to hunt a moose

2 things. 1, name idea- sunlight through leaves. 2, maybe pine's background is his pack got killed and you found him as he was running away and trying to heal? idk what killed his pack... maybe his pack got raided and both leaders and a few others were killed leaving pine and very few others of his pack alive? just a idea

I grew up in East Texas and started moving all around the Southern US from ages 11 to about 16. I can agree in saying that North Carolina's mountains and variety of vegetation is absolutely stunning. I used to go to Murphy, NC all the time for my Father's work and the Ocoee river and mountains are always so beautiful to me. I live in Northern Alabama at the moment, but I am trying my absolute hardest to move to North Carolina!! I just love the people, the old towns, the wider variety of wildlife, and beautiful mountains (and oceans) there. My Great Great Grandmother was from North Carolina, actually! The town she grew up in was called "Friendship" and it is so beautiful there as well. I think that North Carolina is the most beautiful place in my mind, I'm happy to share a name with it. 💓

Added more names to the list! Female: Rose and Thorns (nickname Rose or Thorn) - It symbolizes the two sides of life; there's the good and gracious (the rose) and the bad and brutal (the thorns). Male: Giver of Hope (nickname Hope) - It's pretty cheesy but because the Starfall pack is almost extinct, if Song of Silver has pups it is hope that the Starfall pack will live on. Female: Forest's Charm (nickname Forest) - Since Silver likes staying sheltered in the various forests around instead of the plateaus, I like to think that Silver is "connected" to the wooded lands somehow. Female OR Male: Water's Cascade (Or Cascade of Water, nickname Cass, Cassie, Casper, etc.) - In episode #5, Silver discovers the Geode Falls, which I like to think somewhat humbled her; that something like the water gives life, but the powerful cascade of the waterfalls can take it away. Female: Petal Dancer (nickname Dancer) - As much as I think Silver likes the snow, I think that she appreciates the Spring season as well. She, to me, is bold but also appreciative and calm when she needs to be, and the season that brings the dearly needed life and the beautiful flowers to Yellowstone is one to be appreciated. Male: Roar of Bison (nn Bison) - Of course Silver would name a pup after one of the first awe-inspiring creatures she sees early in her dispersal life. The immense power from these gentle giants as they took out that bear’s cub in the first episode is quite name-worthy. Male: Crest of Peaks (nn Peak) - Silver has a lot on her wolf shoulders-she has an entire line of ancestors looking down upon her on her treacherous climb of life. She’s quite literally and figuratively climbing a mountain of responsibilities. Plus, I think Song of Silver also likes if names sound cool, hehe. Female: Moon’s Glow (nn Moon) - Silver, as a wolf does, likes the moon. In my headcanon, when Silver was younger she used to stare at full moons at night for hours at a time while her mother was constantly begging her to go to sleep LMAO. This would be a nice remembrance of Silver’s lost mother. Fem/Male: Wings of Raven (nn Raven) - Wherever Silver goes during your gameplay, I always see a family of crows/ravens following you around from afar. It seems like Silver and the ravens have a sort of acquaintanceship between themselves, even though they are predator and prey. Names that I don’t really have a good explanation for ;( Heart of Gold Splashing Creek Dragon of the Seas Thunder of Storms Falcon’s Cry I may add more later on!
