She should have emigrated when she had the opportunity, possibly not fully appreciating what was about to happen in France. The revolutionaries were out of control. A good video 👍

@@davidlogan4329Also when there's other power hungry people around who wish to be in charge and enforce their own view. It wasn't just the royals and nobility dying, it was the common people too. Eventually, that bit them in the ass as well.

The Law of Suspects had been initiated in September 1793 precisely to be able to arrest people like her and madame du Barry, who had done nothing wrong. Wrong place, wrong time.

Madame Elisabeth has been declared a Servant of God - due to her death at the hands of the avowed enemies of God and Religion, and'her pius character and life - and might become recognised as a canonised saint.

I have never heard that Princess Elizabeth was critical of Queen Marie Antoinette before this video. Nor, that she had distanced herself from the French Court at times. I am not saying the video is wrong I am just stating that this is the first time I have heard of it and I have a BA in History.

she did have a lawyer with her first round of intergreation when at the foot of the guillotine she was surrounded by soldiers, this because they where frightened the people would try to free her, and all the other victims the men bowed to her and every women kissed her on her cheek , read the memories of Samson the executioner he gives a very good insight to Madam Elizabeth last 24 hours before her death from cutting her hair to her last minutes i like you videos but in this case you have some things wrong.
