Josh I lost my son 2003 his name is Michael he was hitting in front of my house by 18 wheel logging truck. It ran over him and my father in the front yard it went off the road and got both of them then slid 75 ft down my side of our ditch. My 13-year-old boy went to heaven instantly I thank God for that cuz he didn't suffer my dad suffered 17 years after I took care of him and helped my grieving with my mother. She was doing the dishes and seeing everything so she has problems with nerve's & depression. Sometimes it feels just like yesterday that my world turned upsidedown. Love all you do Josh. I was born in 1971 and this is an amazing time capsule!! I was raised through the 80s so this looks very familiar to me!! I feel like those letters were to the son!! My mom was also a big Elvis fan so this brought tears to my eyes!!❤❤😢😢 Josh cleaning was an awesome thing to do for this family!!!

I really loved the cleaning and staging part. I can see myself doing that. I have always loved this kind of stuff. My grandmother was a realtor and took me to work with her, i loved it. I really really enjoyed this video. Its so interesting but also sad to see a time capsule like this. Loved that you cleaned the rooms. It made the house feel more like a home and you could imagine all the love and fun times that this place was once filled with. If the family members and the people that lived there could see this, I'm sure they would have appreciated what you did. Also I love that you have started making abandoned videos instead of the ghost videos again. The abandoned videos definitely brings out a more positive and calm energy.

I think it is very disrespectful to trash or steal from what was once someone's home just because it is abandoned ,unless it is due to be demolished by authorities ,then I could see taking things to preserve them otherwise leave them alone.(I think it's okay to arrange things for photos as long as they aren't broken or taken). That vintage mummy on the floor in that empty room...my little Halloween collecting heart loves it! And that chandelier in the 2nd room you set up was very pretty too. Lots and lots of really cool vintage collectibles in this house. So cool to still see it all in the original setting.

I feel that changing the room changes the whole point of exploring. Picking up trash and old boxes is one thing, but moving things around on the wall makes it artificial. I am old, just my thoughts if someone came into my a banded home.

Those old wall styles are from the 80s, started in the 70s depending on the quality which decade it’s from. 90s era people were doing drywall and paint finishes.
